My Scion had a nasty dent in the door. Lucky for me it was covered by insurance. Monica took care of all the paperwork for me. She even scheduled my rental car service pickup. The bid from my insurance was for a patch job. Monica got them to replace all the damaged parts with new factory parts. The repair work looks better than new. I say better because they detailed my entire car and fixed a small dent! Thompson Auto is fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
