I came here to ask for a ballpark estimate for my vehicle while on vacation. On the phone they said no problem, it will take less than 10 minutes. When I showed up the owner had plenty of questions for me about my insurance company (I had never encountered this in my life.) He kept saying let me tell you how this REALLY works... Excuse me?! I wanted to get an estimate which you said you could deliver which is why I called in the first place, then I drive 20 minutes out of my way from Calistoga there and back thinking I might easily get something done while on vacation and the guy just wasted my time and offended BOTH my boyfriend and I. I have NEVER in my life had a shop owner speak to me like that and Im a fleet manager! I asked him if he wanted me to pay him for the estimate. He basically wanted me to guarantee I would go with him before he even gave me an estimate... Um no, I think not. Very unprofessional.

This gracious amazingly talented crew have served this community for several years. Greg and his sons are honest, thorough and so very helpful. I have run into posts, other cars..been rear ended ..and always they have dealt very professionally with our insurance company and with our family. We have the highest respect for them and recommend them highly!!!

Was touring with my sister in law when the window in her Mercedes fell out of its track, when she called they were just getting ready to close, but they were extremely helpful getting us temporarily fixed so we could get back to they bay area. 5 minutes and we were on the road again.
