No job too small! These guys really take pride in their work, with top notch customer service. Turn around time was fast! They didnt take my payment without me first seeing their work and finished product, a rare thing these days. I brought my older outboards hood to be painted and repaired; hesitant of it being "too small" a job for them. Nope! They had no problem giving me a fair quote and took pictures of how I wanted my decals. Picked it up a week later and what a terrific paint job! Such a pleasure as a customer to do business with stand-up people. Very, very pleased with their professionalism, attitude and this transaction. Highly recommend this shop to anyone.

OH my gosh what a great company. Takes Pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure you as a customer are taken care of. I have nothing but positive to say about this place. You can tell he loves his chosen trade. Every time I came in to see my truck after it was vandalized he used my name. He kept in constant contact and even helped me with an insurance problem. they even changed my door hinges with out a cost to me. Growing up with a dad that is a car guy I have nothing but respect for this owner. Rare breed here and really stands behind his work... If we had 15 stars I would rank them that great company!!!! choose this place... you wont be sorry...

This place is great. Only issue I had was with the free loaner car, it was a POS but it was free. The work they did looked great. It has now been a little over a month and the car seams to be holding up good as new. The staff was friendly the manager was in touch with me though out the repair keeping me informed. Just if you stop by the shop dont let the look of the place run you off they are professionals and I would rather get a better deal on my repairs then pay more for a big pretty shop, and nice new fancy loaner cars. I would highly recommend this shop and I can assure you that I will be using this shop again.

I had work done for an insurance claim (the other persons, thankfully). They handled all of the details with the insurance and arranged my rental car. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up. The car came back with the paint looking better than when it was new! The work was completed in a time-frame on par with other body work Ive had done over the years. I had some out-of-pocket work done on another car on which they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Dont expect a large comfy lounge with coffee, but you can expect friendly professional service with high quality craftsmanship.

Went to ACP with my Chinese grandpa, who doesnt speak any English, to have a side mirror repaired. Mirror controls worked perfectly but the mirror had been popped out of the case. A different repair shop tried to charge us 500+ dollars to replace the entire mirror system, but ACP did not try to take advantage of us! ACPs manager (owner?) was friendly and patient, waiting for me to translate everything. Service was super fast, the mirror looks perfect now, Im so happy! Highly recommend! Honest, fast, professional service!

I had a problem with a broken side mirror so I called ACP because that is who my phone said to call and they had the part ordered within an hour. Two days later I drove my car in and they went right to work. It only took Alberto 15 minutes to get me back on the road!! The mirror looks brand new and flawless! Not to mention all the electrics on it work as well. They employees at ACP are very friendly, while I was there 3 guys stopped their work to greet me.

AMAZING JOB!!! These guys were awesome.. From day one I felt like I was in good hands. He dealt with my insurance, got me set up with a rental, and got me an estimate within an hr. Not only was my car done EXACTLY when he said it would be (which was critical because I was going out of town), but it looked incredible.. a flawless paint job and patchwork, it looked better than new! The price was so reasonable too.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED cant stop raving!

They did an amazing job fixing up my car, were always available for my questions, gladly helped out with my special requests, and went way beyond my expectations with their level of service. Called after my gf wrecked my truck, the owner was awesome on the phone and I dropped off my truck the next day. He did everything from there, called and let me know what was going on. I dont know what I was expecting when I picked up my truck, but it was AMAZING!!! replaced the whole side of my bed, and even painted a previous scratch on the truck. I reccomend this place to anyone, the guys did an awesome job!

Auto collision shop in tigard, They re doing and do exceptional work. Its not often that you find a repair shop with workers who have a true passion for the cars they work on. wow! its so scary taking your baby (car) into the shop. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. They always answered my calls or would get back to me quickly. When my car was returned it was extra beautiful they did such and amazing job. I am so very impressed with their work and customer care.

Great guys, had a fender that was rubbing after a little fender bender. They had no problem popping it back out real quick. Didnt even get the kids out of there seats. Took about 10 minutes and didnt ask for payment. Still paid them for their time. Definitely will be coming back.

Auto body repair Tigard did a great job, I called them to pick up my card near Beaverton after a car accident; Avertano tow my car to his location in portland. After a couple days my car was complete fix and the all pay my deductible! Great deal. Thank you ACP Auto Body!
