I move cleaners about once every 5-7 years when I move or they go under. Thought I would try them out this year since it is directly on my path home. Its more expensive than other cleaners (probably the subsidizing of "free" pickup/delivery). It seems to be high turn over establishment because I rarely have seen the same counter person more then twice. Things were fine until they ripped a pair of my almost new (5 months old) pants. They of course took no responsibility. You would think they would call me if they found them on the line and we could talk about it. The counter person first claimed that I had never done business there because I wasnt in their computer. This was after I asked a manager/owner to call me. Then some "relative" who is an older gent bitched me out on my third trip to ask why no one had called me. Easily the least friendly service person I have ever met in my 25 years of using services. After repeated attempts of asking for an owner to call me (which never happened) and getting told off by the old guy, I was fairly exasperated. Then on my fourth or fifth visit for the issue a lady who claims to be the owner told me they took it upon themselves to go to Nordstrom (where the pants were purchased) and gave me back the pants and said they would take care of it. Im not sure if that was a good move or not. But they got off free from the issue after incredibly poor service. To Nordstroms credit, they are interested in customers for life (which is why I always shop there!) and this dry cleaner apparently couldnt give a patootie about anyone. Moral of the story is "buyer beware" or caveat emptor as they say. They may be okay with normal processing but any issue will get you zero satisfaction, zero conversations with anyone in management/ownership, and all for a more expensive cleaning bill. Obviously I have moved my small cleaning business (only about $650-850 per year) to another place which seems much easier to work with.

Clarity for Mr Normans statement in the past year he has spent 200.00 only on drycleaning. The salesman at Nordstroms told us Mr. Norman had tried to return his pants claiming a defect but was unsuccessful. He picked up his pants and almost two months later tried to state the cleaners ruined his pants. (Its like buying a car, wrecking it and bringing it back to the dealership saying it was damaged before they purchased it) After talking to the salesman at Nordstroms he informed the cleaners that the pants were damaged right after he purchased them in January 2015. He had his cleaning done beginning of July 2015 and posted this comment about the cleaners in October 2015. Bridgecity Cleaners tries hard to bring quality of service and quality of care to all garments and customers. The problem comes when a Vice President of a Lumber Company expects a small cleaners to support his clothing purchases on a yearly bases. When he doesnt get what he wants he tries to destroy a reputation of a good company. Bridgecity Cleaners thinks their customers are number one and we support them in anyway we can.

My husband has used this dry cleaner for close to 3 years now and they have always cleaned or pressed his clothing very well. They have a great location and easy parking for drop-off and pickup of clothing. The owners are very friendly and truly aim to please the customer. We have tried other cleaners in the surrounding area but have found Bridge City Cleaners to have the best value for our dry cleaning needs.

These guys used to be great, but all of a sudden prices increase by fifty percent with no warning and the friendly staff is replaced by a much less friendly staff. The guy at the register needed a calculator to determine that $56 - $20 = $36. I think the ownership just changed, which is a shame. I cant be a customer anymore after these changes.

I have stopped by 3 different times to pick up my clothes in the morning after 7am which is the time they open. Only to find the lights off and the doors locked. If youre not going to be open on time change her hours so you are avoid this place like the plague
