I do not recommend Tigard Main Street Cleaners. Ive recently experienced consistently bad customer service. Buttons on shirts have been missing, it doesnt appear they wash shirts/slacks even though they charge for this service, their costs are continually going up and it takes way to long to get your clothes back. I recently picked up 4 dress shirts. When I was unpacking them from the plastic I noticed one of the shirts was not pressed and there was a large black stain on the back. I brought the shirt back to the shop on main street and asked that they clean and press the shirt at no cost since I already paid for the service. I was told by the shop owners that they will fix the issue but would be charging me again for this services!!

Why is simple dry cleaning so expensive in the NW? All over the USA prices are much less for the same process, labor & service in dry cleaning!! Oregonians.. WAKE UP object to this extortion! We should we call it bleeding you of your money for clean clothes. For me it was 3 slacks, 5 blouses & 5 laundered shirts ...$75 wow!! Cant you buy me a drink first before you take advantage of me? No special service here from the Tigard cleaners even my simple request for no pleats was ignored??

Fast, friendly cleaners. Always very nice and polite. Easy location to get to with good hours for a regular working person. Been going there for 10 years and never had a problem, issue, or damaged garment. Cant speak for others but weve been quite happy with this dry cleaner --- they are even kind enough to locate items in pockets we miss (receipts, papers, the odd do-dad). Happy to do rush orders. Bottom line: good service, no reason not to continue going there.

I have used them since about 2001. The previous owners were great also. They are very professional, friendly, will do mending, hemming etc. Will go the extra mile in helping take the clean clothes out to your car. I have moved about 25 minutes from Tigard, but still take my clothes here to be dry cleaned... I have been meaning to find another dry cleaner, but they are so nice and do such a good job!!

I went there once with my winter down coat. They destroyed it ( melted to a size of a toddler coat) I was so shocked he was asking me how much I want for it , I said I dont know $30? So he gave me that, but then I realized I aint going to buy a new down winter coat for that much $$. Im using now the real Main Street cleaner which has been nothing but excellent.

I have used Tigard Main Street Cleaners for the past six years since I moved into the area. They have always done a great job with my laundry and have always been on time. And, their pricing is reasonable. I have found the people to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them, wholeheartedly. The bad reviews on this site are simply wrong!

Incredibly Friendly and Fast- I am extremely pleased with their friendly service and decent prices. I was in a pinch to get some suits cleaned on Friday for an early flight Monday morning. Most places I called said that it couldnt be done, but these people understood my need and bent over backwards to help me out. Ill be coming back in the future.

They are extremely reliable; they do an incredible and professional job of cleaning and mending; and they are very friendly and consistent with delivering first rate customer service!

Terrible,staff was arrogant and rude. I went here once to try to get a patch sewn on to a security jacket and they immediately grabbed it out of my hands and poked holes in the fabric roughly. I took my jacket back and left in a hurry. What a dump.

Was the worst laundry services ever. Lost some cloths and destroy my branded cloths. The white t shirts became yellow. Cloths smells bad.
