Unfortunately I had an experience that ended my relationship with this cleaner. I brought some drapes to be pressed. I was quoted one price when I left, and when I returned to pick them up they said they had "misquoted" and that the actual price was twice what they quoted earlier. I told them had I known the "correct" price I would not have had them press the drapes in the first place. Long story short, they made an error quoting a price and expected me to pay for it (100% more). So much for customer service. They lost a customer who provided them regular service and didnt seem to care.

They do a good job but I was not pleased with their prices. If you are looking for value then this cleaners is not the place to go. It is in a convenient location and if you live in the Skyline/ Sylvan area you might not mind paying extra to have a cleaners right next door to you.

I have used them weekly for the past 5 years and 7 months and have never been disappointed. I love that they are green, always nice and that they have on several occasions "saved" a nice shirt or slacks that I was certain I had destroyed with stains. I highly recommend them.
