I called to see about having my Uniform dry cleaned quickly, as I am on Military orders to be a Casualty assistant at about 8:40 in the morning. The female on the phone was saying we had to get t there quickly if we wanted it done that day, and I asked about her one hour service. She said usually those were done early morning, and why could I not drop it off. I told her I was pretty much in this uniform until my duties were done in a week, but I needed it cleaned for a funeral on Sunday. She asked how soon I could be there, and I said I think 20 minutes, and she said if I hurried and could be there in that time, they would wait for me to do their darks. I asked when I would get it back- and she said about 1100. Now- first off- this isnt an hour (maybe I am naive on dry cleaning) and two- that is an additional hour after that I would spend putting my uniform together. I asked if I could drop it off on Saturday, and she said they were closed. I asked if I could call the woman I am helping and I would be on my way if I could. I called them back a moment later to ask the cost estimate for a skirt and a suit jacket. A male got on the phone (the owner?) and started yelling. I need to get here. I am slowing him down. I no be here in twenty minutes he start without me. I said Sir, I am just trying to find the cost. and he replied that it would be double because I was last minute and he would tell me when I got there. I tried to say Sir- I can bring it tomorrow but he went back into I was holding him up- and all this time in a raised voice. I told him Sir, it seems that by your yelling at me, and not answering my questions, you do not want my business, I will take it elsewhere. I never even made it there. But my the over the phone manners, I am sure I never will find out, and I am sorry for this. I would have hoped for a good relationship.

RUDE OWNER!!!! I went to the 1 Hour Dry Cleaners as advertised and the owner was extremely rude. He treated me like I have never been to a dry cleaners. He asked me, if I had ever been to a dry cleaners before because I asked him if I can get my clothes back at the end of the day. I then pointed out to him about his 1 Hour Dry Cleaning as advertised. He in turn pointed to a small handwritten sign behind his cash register that said I had to have the close in by 9 am to get my clothes back by the end of the day. He said he would do it for me but he was going to charge me double. I told him to forget about it and I would figure something out on my own. I will never go to that place again and I dont recommend this place anybody else.

I went there for 3-4 years weekly. The owner was always a little rude but the last straw was when I asked for my clothes back at the end of the next day when dropping off at 8am that morning, he said that I am the only person who expects my clothes in less than 3-4 days. All of this while I was staring at one sign that said one hour clean and the other sayings same day service. His attitude is awful. I just grabbed my clothes, didnt says a word, and walked out without having them cleaned. He lost a long term customer that day just for having such a poor attitude.

No perc and good reliable service. Ive been having our clothes done here for 4 years. I switched because our previous eco cleaner was much more expensive. The shop doesnt look like much and is hidden on the back corner of this building. But dont be fooled. I dont think you could find a better cleaner for the price. Owners accent is thick but he understands English quite well. Hell get your zipper out of a jam and his wife does good alterations too. Easy parking, once you find them! Try him out.

This is not a 1 hour dry cleaner, it is a same day service cleaner. Owner was rude, told me it was a onehour cleaner but has to be dropped off at 8 am and he will call me at some point in the day to pick it up....wait...what??? He became hostile and then agreed to do it this one time... Im not leaving my $800 suit with someone who has a bad attitude, poor customer service, and actually thinks hes doing me a favor by following his own advertising.... there are better places in Vancouver.

The people here are nice, and they have your clothes done by the end of the day, if you bring them in early. For those of you complaining that it is "not really one hour" "One hour cleaning" is a term from the fifties and it refers to not using harsh chemicals AND having the cleaning facilities on site. Complaining about it not really being one hour, would be like writing a negative review on Motel6 because the price is not six dollars.

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude. He threw my clothes at me and grabbed the coupon he gave me out of my hand. He is abusive and unstable. I will never go to this cleaners again. Awful experience, just awful.

I cant believe some of the other reviewers - the owner and staff there have always been very courteous. Ive been going there for 6 or 7 years, with very good results.
