Know that this company will be very responsive and quick to close the sale. Unfortunately, they are also in a hurry to build and install with little attention to quality. Drawers are constructed with hardware screwed in crookedly. Repeatedly, we asked for service to return and adjust crooked doors/shelves. They were always rushing to the next job. They seem overbooked. The day THE SHELF COLLAPSED AND BROKE SOME HEIRLOOM DISHES we finally did get a senior service rep to come out and build us a shelf that fit. Later, when we finally spoke with Krieg, the Sales rep and our main contact, he said it wasnt his department and what could he do? The parts of this company dont talk to each other and they dont seem to care about the impact on the customer. And, although we asked twice to speak to the owner, we have never heard from him. This is not our first remodel. Our previous cabinet company was fantastic but, unfortunately, he retired. Working with Cutting Edge was SUCH a disappointing experience. Let the buyer beware.
