Tim is a disappointment, and should consider therapy. I can understand having a bad day, but walking off the job in a crisis situation is not the appropriate way to handle any situation. If youre a homeowner who likes having a thorough understanding of the work your paying for,without the contractor double dipping both sides, then Tim is NOT the right person for the job. If I could give negative stars Tim would receive -5.

Top notch. Tim knows plumbing. He provided an extremely thorough inspection of the problem which included a point by point process of elimination all the while providing updates on his findings. I was happy with his conclusion and proposal for the next steps. Highly recommended plumber.
