Their work was just fine, so thats not my issue here. They charge you labor (which is very expensive, obviously) for their transit time to get to you. Did the guy happen to be 5 minutes away before coming to you? Great, you only pay a little! Did he happen to be quite a ways away? Well, too bad, you pay for that. They dont tell you this upfront, either. When I called to discuss this, the woman that I spoke to that was processing the bills today (9/13/16) was extremely flippant and rude. The shady extra cost stung, but the awful customer service sent it all over the edge. I will never use them again, and I recommend that you dont either.

I had a very strong sewer gas smell in my home that 2 other plumbing companies could not figure out. When I called Mike Patterson Plumbing to make my appointment I spoke with the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. Scott came out a few days later and very thoroughly investigated and was able to find the problem and it was a super easy/inexpensive fix. Thank you so much Scott! Ill be calling these guys again next time I have any plumbing issues.
