For plumbing matters we have found Fischer Plumbing to be extremely professional; they are patient with our clients and highly educational to our clients on process and methods. I called about a question about my invoice. I talked to a very rude lady named Jennifer, she was incredibly rude to me talked to me like I was a child. Put me on hold for ever then she accused me of giving her the wrong address. The customer service was horrible, I will never go threw Fischer plumbing again. And I will tell everyone I know not to.

We found a leaking valve on top of a nine year old and leaking electric water heater one day before leaving on vacation. I called them at one o clock in the afternoon and Michael was on site by one thirty. He had a new tank delivered. He cleaned up everything so that there was no trace of a major repair.

My sewer was backed up and I called Fischer plumbing. Isaac came on time and was polite as well as professional and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog the drain and get everything back in order. I did not feel overcharged and was very grateful I had called Fischer plumbing.
