We had a plugged toilet, plugged with huge handfuls of toilet paper by an over-enthusiastic child. We only have one other bathroom, and the toilet in that one isnt very strong, so we needed someone as quickly as possible. We called Clog Pro and immediately liked their customer service. We had previously called another company we worked with, but they were hedging on getting someone out to us that day, which would really have left us in the lurch. After I called Clog Pro, I called the other company back and cancelled our order with them. I called Clog Pro at 11 am, and they had someone out to us between 3 and 5 that day. Don showed up right at the earliest possible time. He gave us up front charges for what he thought it would be (hoping we didnt have to remove the toilet, which we did not) and then snaked the huge wad of toilet paper until it finally broke through. The toilet was unclogged within 10 minutes of his arrival. He also suggested that part of the blockage could be mechanical issues inside the toilet so he checked inside the lid and found a worn part ready to be replaced that could be responsible for less powerful flushing, and he offered to fix it for an extra $7 dollars. We took him up on the kind offer and since then, the toilets working better than it has in years. The entire repair took less than a half an hour and came out to less than we had anticipated. We are grateful to Clog Pro and to Don (ask for him, hes cool) for responding so quickly and working through the problem in no time flat. He was a pleasure to work with and Id highly recommend him and this company for your plumbing issues. Theyre fast, have great customer service, and Don is a great plumber. Nobody wants to have to call a plumber, but should the need again arise, we know well be calling these folks and asking for Don.

My name is Brian. I am a Marine serving in North Carolina but I have a rental in Vancouver. Most reviews I leave or letters I write regarding businesses are based on negative experiences. This review is different. I don’t care if it is a law firm, mechanic shop, real estate firm or plumbing company, we all know that the main goal of a business is to make money; however, nothing earns my loyalty like evidence that the person I hire puts their customer’s best interests over their own profit margins. Terese at Clog Pro did this for me when she saved me over $5,000 this year. This was a huge expense that did not fall under insurance and I had to pay for out of pocket. I had already made payment to Clog Pro when I received a surprise phone call by Terese, telling me that I am having my money refunded due to Clog Pro negotiating with the city on my behalf. The city fixed the problem free of charge. Clog Pro could have charged me, completed the job, and made some money. Instead, they looked out for me at their own expense. That says so much!!! Some businesses make their money by price gouging one-time customers in volume. Other businesses make their money by taking great care of their clients and building a business off of a well-earned reputation and attracting customers that are intelligent enough to seek out this value. It is clear to me what kind of company Clog Pro is from this experience. Hopefully I won’t have any plumbing problems soon, but when I do, I will know who to call. Thanks again Terese!

Excellent work, prompt, professional , courteous & effecient.Louis did not mind answering questions & explained cost expectation up front , even though this had been discussed with office while scheduling appt, Cost reasonable, no increased.charge.for weekend call!! My sewer had backed up on a Friday after 5 pm, I located Clog Pro Plumbing on Angies list.Local company with excellent rating. I called left voicemail and received.call promptly Saturday morning to arrange repair. Louis explained process well,He was.able.ro go directly.to diagnosing the sewer issue without just starting with Laundry outlet clog that was backing up into shower & bubbling up in toilet. This saved cost.of this unclogging as would still need to unclog main sewer line. Once clogged area cleaned out ,the cause was explained & I could see this on screen with use of camera line, cullpret tree Roots! After these were removed ,amazing how they get broken down & wisked away.clear water.flowing , laundry,shower draining well,& no bubbling toilet! I appreciate the prompt response.to my call, courteous worker in Louis and care taken with what was around the sewer.line in case of foul water/debris backflow , my sewer.line goes under my back patio. I will be using Clog Pro again for maintenance for tree Roots assessment & some future plumping I have need of . I highly recommend this company.

I am SO IMPRESSED with Clog Pro! The price was well worth the result!! When calling for a estimate, the customer service representative was polite, friendly, and informative, without even a hint of rudeness. He was clear about service options they provided, explaining how each type of technique worked, and the base price for each service. My service appointment went wonderful. Knowing the service technician, Louis, was coming from another call, I expected him and his equipment to be a mess. When he pulled up, his truck and equipment were clean, tidy, and in good shape. Not only did he arrive clean and on time, was he was polite, respectful, and professionally dressed. He happily answered all my questions, and explained what he was doing as I watched him work. All three of my gutter drains were clear in short order. Loius collected his equipment, wrote out the paperwork, and was on his way in under an hour. If I ever have another drain issue, Clog Pro will be my go to guys. Thank you so much for your great service and hard work!

After waiting 7 hours for a different plumber that never showed up despite 6 calls to find out where he was, we turned to Clog Pro. They are guaranteed to come within three hours of your initial call. We were notified 30 minutes before his arrival and he showed up, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of me showing him what was going on. We had a clogged main drain line in the house. He spent another 20 minutes trying to find the access port that the previous owner of the house had covered up with landscaping material in order to save us money! He wasnt able to locate it to fix the problem but did run his camera and stuff down there so he could show us where it was for next time since he couldnt find it the normal way. The clog was cleaned out quickly and he explained how to prevent the clog from happening again. He was friendly and fast despite it being after 9PM at night by the time he was able to pack up and leave. Love this company and will keep them in my address book for any future problems.

Our experience with ClogPro has been great: super responsive, very friendly, great customer service, competitive rates. After 10+ years in our house we have recently had a 3 or 4 few plumbing problems arise. I always began by dialing down the list for local plumbers and ClogPro always seemed to be able to squeeze us in several days before any of the other companies. Not only that, but they were able to find and fix problems very quickly compared to plumbers we have used in the past. Within minutes of walking inot our house, ClogPro owner Marsh immediately diagnosed an unusual problem previous plumbers were completely unable to figure out. He pinpointed the precise area of the problem and when he used a camera to take a look, sure enough, he found an old 20+ ft cable left in the pipe by some previous plumber or builder. Now the system runs better than ever. I wont be dialing for plumbers in the future... ClogPro will be my first call. Great job!
