Very pleasant experience! Got estimates from several companies and I found Bellows to be the most helpful and competent. And the price was alright too. So I decided to go with them and was not disappointed. Installers did a great job - for example when it turned out that the indoor unit was 1/2 degree off level after mounting they went through the trouble of taking it back off and correcting the wall bracket twice until it was perfectly straight. All works well and my office now is pleasantly cool!

Weve had Bellows out several times for various reasons. When we asked them about cleaning our furnace ducts, they noted that there was extensive rust through the system. We reviewed options with them, & today they installed the entire system in about 7 hrs. They were on time, polite & tidied up after the job. We are very pleased to have had them take care of this.
