Dont give these guys business! We gave TPJ a huge job this Summer installing a home filtration system (WHICH WASNT DONE PERFECTLY BUT WE WERE CONTENT) and tried to give them even more business only for them to treat us horribly. We called to see if theyd come out to see what needed to be done and were assured it would be only $49 if we didnt do the job that day. The plumber came, spent 10 minutes, if even and told us it would be extensive work and over $1500 so we said we needed to wait. He then proceeded to charge us $162 for his 10 minutes, argued with us on our property and threatened us. Thats the thanks we get for attempting to give this company more business. DO NOT US THE PLUMBING JOINT! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

The Plumbing Joint is really professional and very competitive in their pricing. We had a lot of plumbing work required around our home, due to its age, and a renovation we were going through. The Plumbing Joint was able to send some guys out within a day. They assessed the work in person, gave a quote which was half of what another local plumbing group had estimated, immediately set to work, and completed everything efficiently and professionally. When they left a few things needed to be adjusted. I called their office, and the guys returned in a half hour to complete the adjustments. I highly recommend the Plumbing Joint and would absolutely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

I had a stopped up drain in a duplex that caused both units to have backed up water in the bath tubes. I had a hard time getting the renter and the plumber coordinated. The plumbing joint was very accommodating without running into overtime. Matt was the plumber and got it taken care of in a reasonable time. When I first called I informed them I would like to have the option to have a video of the pipe which would saved me $100 on the video, When I first talked with them they said all of their trucks carry cameras. When Matt was done I asked about taking a video and thats when I was informed he had no camera.

Had some water intermittently dripping into our garage and suspected it was from the second floor bathroom. I have used the Plumbing Joint before (along with some others with whom I was less happy) and theyve always been reasonably priced and done good work. They sent someone out, identified the source of teh leak and repaired it quickly despite the offending pipe being located in a difficult position above duct work in the garage. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. They are my go-to place for any plumbing work and would definitely recommend.

The Plumbing Joint was recommended to us from another local plumber which always speaks highly to me when a "competitor" even respects the work. From the first call I made to The Plumbing Joint to the moment they had completed the work, I can now see why. Incredibly courteous, quick response times, on time, thorough and knowledgable explanations of the work being done and the pricing. They were helpful too in terms of dealing with insurance company! I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again if need be.

I was going to give them a four star rating for the job they did for a new shower install, but dropped it down to a two. Three days after they did the shower install, we had some questions about prepping our floor for tile. There was an issue with the toilet flange, and they quoted us $175. for the first 15 minutes, and then $75. for each additional 15 minutes. Thats outrageous. We will not call them again. Its ridiculous to over-charge a customer who just paid you a few thousand dollars for a days work.

We live in Redmond and have been customer of the Plumbing Joint for more than 15 years. From the third day we owned our home and needed a pipe fixed through last Sunday when we had company coming and needed a drain cleared, they have been awesome. They have installed a gas line when we switched our stove from electric to gas, installed an outside faucet and our replacement hot water heater. There is no other plumber I bother to call. They are fair, fast and competent. We appreciate all they do.

SLOW SLOW SLOW and EXPENSIVE. $500 to just hook up a sink and faucet. Paid $50 per quarter hour including $50 for the 15 minutes it took him to write up the bill. A real rip off. I asked for $50 off through a Better Business Bureau complaint. Not only did they not comply but the BBB didnt even include it in their online register of complaints. Is someone paying off someone here???? My complaint and anothers did not show up at BBB website. Go get the handy neighbor before you use these robber

We flushed too many Baby Wipes. Two guys from the Plumbing Joint came and reassured me that it might be a simple fix. They quickly found the access port upstream of the top of the Septic Tank proper. They showed me the blockage which was stopping the waste flow. They cleared the blockage, closed up the access port and put the sod back on top. It took them less than half an hour. Cost me less than $200. I was very happy and could flush my toilet again without worry.

I had a clog i could not free up in kitchen drain...even tried clean out in crawl with no avail, ill never do that again. Out of calling 4 companies in the area The Plumbing Joint was the only company that offered service same day. the techs themselves called me and that was great and even when they finished. they did a great job and left no mess. if I have any plumbing issues in the future i will call this company.

I was happy with the initial work until the part installed failed several months later and I got stuck with paying for a ton of extra water due to a part failure. They did come out and fix the work which was appreciated however I asked for them to make me whole by paying for the extra expense and stress I incurred for that but they failed to do so and would not extend my warranty.

This year my 40 year old (paid for!) house presented me with several "leaks" that I knew was beyond my do it yourself level. Three times I called the Plumbing Joint and they understood my stress and had an expert over within a few hours. Fair price. Fast caring service. And sometimes good tips on how to avoid some problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were able to see me within just a couple of hours of calling regarding my broken garbage disposal which was a huge relief. The plummer who assisted me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing the problem and replacing my garbage disposal. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely use this company for our future plumming needs.
