Very disappointed in Sam at kelz, I took my daughter here to get some blonde highlights and many hours later no highlights. My daughters hair ended up a mouse all over color. It should have been a simple process, but he kept putting different colors including bleach ,then changing it and even asking what he should do to the stylist next to him. It was very late when he was done and I had an hour drive home. He did offer to fix it for free at another time, he over charged me . When it was a Groupon I paid for anyway uo front. So total price was almost $200.00 dollars are you driving kidding me. So my daughter was really looking forward to this and left dissatisfied. She called Sam to set up her complimentary redone. Sam called her and cancelled. So I decided to do her hair myself. Not happy at all. I only gave one star because he was very friendly

My hair is three inches shorter than I wanted, crooked, and the color is wrong. I used a Groupon (I guess is shouldve known) and had to pay $70 on top of that for a crappy color, cut, and style. Lesson learned I guess.
