I went to Perfect Look for a soft, bouncy bob and came out with a choppy, shapeless, DIY-style mushroom cap. I wish I could fully convey to you how much it looks like I went into my bathroom with a pair of bad scissors and cut my own hair in the dark. My stylist, Esther, rushed me through the cut, showed it to me in the mirror while it was still completely wet (Well whaddya think??), and then sat down to do crossword puzzles. This haircut is the single most half-a$$ed thing I’ve ever had to pay for.

I went in today hoping to fix what I let another stylist messed up last week. Keke is an angel for fixing my locks! It is, on the rarest occasion that I find a stylist that understands the complexity of short bangs, she nailed them! I am very happy for not wasting my money at a high end salon for a simple cut and style repair.. also, if you enjoy getting your hair washed and scalp vigorously massaged, call on Keke!!

June 1 2014, my son and I went in to get are hair cuts. We got lucky I knew we had to hurry because their would be a rush of people and usually hair salons arent open on Sundays. What would make me give this place 5 stars is just a welcoming hello when we get their and maybe a please come back. They greeted no one. I found it odd. The hair cut were good but they need to slow down.

Im not sure how long Angie has been working at the St.Johns location, but my kids and I love LOVE her. She is very personable & pays attention to what a person is saying, PLUS shes got jokes!! My family has been coming here for years and it just keeps getting better and better!! Keep up the good work ladies! Our wonderful little community is noticing!! <3 <3 <3

OH MY GOD. My husband and daughter just came home with two of the worst haircuts Ive ever seen. My husbands hair is buzzed crookedly on the sides with patches of extra hair in crazy places. My daughters bangs are crooked in a way that is utterly laughable! I cannot believe we paid money for this horrible disastrous experience. Do NOT trust this place.

I cannot recommend Jillian M. enough! She was able to fix my box color hair the way I first intended it to look. She made me feel welcome and didnt make me feel silly for what I did to get my hair the way it looked when I came in. Thank you so very much! I will be back!

Dont ever ask for a pixie cut if you have bleached/dyed it. They will cut all your hard work without consulting you, and expect nothing is wrong. I have to bleach my black hair all over again and wait 3 months for it to return the original length. This is ridiculous.

Five stars ONLY for Hannah!!! She is wonderful.....I will never let anyone else have here touch my hair again (I guess a good first clue is to look at THEIR hair)....Hannah has always quietly fixed the mess ups of the other girls.

Never had a real great experience here. The stylists are okay at cutting mens hair, but they arent barbers by any means. If you are looking for a trendy cut go to an actual barber or expect to be wearing a beanie for a while.

Hanna knows how to cut hair. But the other staff dont know how to manage the client queue. People that come in after you will be allowed to jump in front of you. I should not have to play hall monitor when I get my hair cut.

I found an operator who does a nicely shaped short razor cut for me without breaking my bank. And next door is a good pedicure.
