I love Salon Halloo. The stylists are creative, expertly trained and have the knowledge and grace to gently save me from myself when I show up with some fab magazine photo that would be a disaster on my head. Shannon is a master colorist, as well as a genius with my very curly hair. Mattie has cut my sons hair for years and people are ALWAYS asking where he gets his haircuts. The ambience is laid back and stylish. The conversation is genuine and upbeat. Theres no "too cool for the room" attitude - at Salon Halloo, the only personality that matters is yours - you will leave feeling more beautifully yourself, every time. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely LOVE Salon Halloo. Personable and knowledgable. Ive been seeing Shannon for 5+ years! Shannon cuts, colors and styles my hair fantastic every time. I have never been disappointed! Ive had Manis and Pedis by Maddie... also excellent. I highly recommend the short 18 min drive from Portland or the 15 min drive from St Helens to this hidden gem in Scappoose.
