Got a fax from this company about ice removal. Called the number within 15 minutes of getting the fax, and I get someone who is obviously asleep. He does not indicate the company name, just answers half asleep, "Hello." Between sending the fax from an invalid fax number, sleeping employees, and a phone number on their fax that does not match the one online, I would not feel comfortable doing business with them.

Sam and the guys at Superior are fantastic!!!! Very hard working. Sam gets down to business and goes the extra mile to see to it that customers are given the utmost care. He personally sees to it that response time to the customer is as fast as possible. I will use these guys again FOR SURE!!!!!

Seriously damaged( flat, tear off/torch down) commercial roof was professionally repaired beyond expectations. Sams staff was pleasant and timely responsive to all contacts, as was Sam with my tenants. I will keep him on my " jobber list" for future repairs. .

Quality materials, good crew. I found the communication between myself and the company substandard. Several calls to the office to request a call from Sam resulted in no callbacks. When a problem arose during the job, it took nearly 7 hours to get a result.

I agree great service and fast response. Sam and his crew did a moss removal and treatment on our roof - it looks great now. Very professional and they left the yard and gutters very clean when finished. Definitely recommended.
