I did a lot of research before pulling the trigger on a new roof. After info was gathered, Warner is a clear winner.They are the only company I trusted to put a new roof on our recently purchased home. Warner has been registered with BBB for over 25 years. Most others in the area have obviously changed their name recently and dont stand behind their warranties. I also found some companies hire out labor and dont even have/train their own guys. Warner is the opposite, a completely reliable professional company who still stands by all the work they did 25 years ago. Warner also was the most competitively priced out of several bids. This is because they sell you what you need and nothing more. The weather broke a few days early so they asked if they could come sooner than scheduled, which was great. They really work with the weather so that concern is moot. The crew that came to my house had my entire tear off and re-roof done in half a day. They also brought my ventilation up to code to ensure my new roof is going to last as long as it should. They rolled with magnets to ensure nothing was left on the ground. The crew worked hard and cleaned up everything. Mike Warner came out personally and inspected the work to ensure everything was done to specifications. The project was on budget down to the penny, they did exactly what they said they would do, and the new roof looks fantastic. My neighbors also love the roof, and some are already getting their projects on the schedule :-)

Hiring Warner was a no-brainer. Theyre one of the few companies in the area who really stand behind their work. Mike Warner inspected everything himself to ensure quality. They also happened to be right around the lowest bid that I received from anyone for the job. Heres why: Through much research I found that other companies were selling me products that I didnt need, were unproven, or proposing systems that wouldnt even work correctly with my home. Warner sold me everything I needed, nothing I didnt, and did the job for a great price. They corrected my ventilation to ensure the roof will last as long as it should. The job was performed exactly on budget, early, and in less time than quoted. The guys were professional and cleaned up everything. I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood, and the neighbors agree!

Every aspect of the job was done with integrity and precision. They showed up when they said they would and they finished when they said they would. I received a few quotes on tear off and re-roofing my house. Warner was competitive with their pricing and their estimate was thorough, giving different options/upgrades and the pricing for each. I wasnt home when they did the work, but the nosy neighbors said the crew worked their butts off :) They cleaned up great and the roof looks great, too. Erica in the office was responsive easy to deal with. We had a couple downpours since they did the work and seems to be holding up!
