My husband and I had to leave mid hair cut. The haircut he wanted would have been a faded buzz cut. She didnt seem to understand what he was asking for. Thats fine. The part thats not fine is that she didnt say that she didnt understand. The back was patchy and uneven, then she got her scissors out and started cutting the part that he wanted faded. This is after he told her that she would only need the shaver. Finally my husband told her to stop and we walked out. It was so bad that when we walked into great clips to be fixed, people were like "omg what happened to your head?" Look, Im sure this lady is a nice lady but if she didnt know what she was doing (which she clearly didnt) than she should have said so, instead of trying to make it up as she went. If I could rate less than 1, I would.

I was kinda nervous about getting my hair cut short for the 1st time and didnt know where I should go because I didnt want just anybody to do it. Well a friend of mine suggested Luci. I wasnt sure at first cuz its all the way on Mcloughlin blvd and I live in Gresham but I decided to do it and it was the best decision i could have made. Luci did an Amazing job on my hair. she even helped me donate the 12in+ to locks of love. She is not just anybody. she is friendly and a wonderful hair stylist and she will be the only one cutting my hair from now on!!!!!!

i work with luci at untangled salona and i had to comment on the review of luci showing up high. i have worked there for a year and i have never seen her high or unprofessional. i feel this was a personal attack as you can see by her great reviews that she is awesome!! i tell everyone that " i work with grownups!!" not an easy thing when you work with women. everyone here is professional and knowledgable. such a fun and great atmosphere. we are a family!!

I live at the coast, so booked an appt. with Rachelle while on a trip to the city. I will not have my hair done by anyone else from now on. I got the best cut, color and highlights ever. The decor is stylish, and atmosphere relaxing. Everyone is friendly, laid back, and most importantly, Ive gotten a ton of compliments on my hair. Its well worth the trip to me.

I have had my hair styled here by Julie and she is FANTASTIC!!!! The whole staff is friendly and fun, also very knowledgeable. I also brought my daughter in for a hair cut on her 16th birthday which Julie did. We then donated the hair to Locks Of Love. They are a full service salon that is a great way to get it all done at one place. They also do massages!

If youre looking for a great hair salon then look no further than Untangled. Its the best place for a new you!!! The cuts and styles and decor are FABULOUS!!!! Its like going to a downtown salon but without the price and attitude. The staff is very knowledgeable about hair and you definitely wont be dissapointed when you go!!!!!!

You couldnt ask for better treatment. Had a CHOCOLATE facial and Shirene made it more heavenly than it sounds. Is that even possible? I highly recommend giving it a go - you deserve to try this at least once. The facial room and the treatment were so relaxing. Id highly recommend this for a pit stop on your day of indulgence!

Please Please Please what ever you do dont let Luci do your hair here. When she comes to work is high on weed, doesnt know how to mix colors, and doesnt listen to you when you tell her how you want your hair. She will do what she thinks looks good on you even if you dont like it!!!!!!

I was in there the other day and am so excited to see it is now full service! Cannot wait to have a spraytan.. Luci was coloring my hair.....and she is spectacular! Im gonna go back nxt week for a pedicure!

I am new to the area and was in need of a trim, these guys were really nice and its not too expensive. Ill definitely go back.
