I had an appointment scheduled for today but I received a call this morning from the salon asking if I could change my appointment time due to the person scheduled before me decided to change what they wanted. Instead of rescheduling them, the salon wanted to reschedule me instead. I have an event to attend so now I have to look to find a place to do my hair at the last minute...thanks. Poor business choice.

Ive been here to see Sam a few times shes a genuinely caring person who listens to what you want. Sam was the first person to cut my hair in 2 years after someone in Georgia butchered it. She assured me she wouldnt do anything I didnt want , got my hair cut by her Again today and love it! I wont trust anyone but her with my locks or brows. Shes absolutely amazing!

I just had my first Ritz visit and Im extremely happy. The young lady who cut my hair, Britney, was warm, friendly, personable and a real pro. I love my hair cut! I was nervous to trust another stylist after my Super Cuts experience last summer where I was sheered like a sheep. I will definitely go back to The Ritz from now on. Nice folks and very professional!

What a hidden gem! I live down the street and never thought about coming here. So glad I did! Cece listened to all of my ideas on my hair and cut it exactly they way I imagined! All of the stylists were very friendly and professional. The inside was very clean and comfortable. The prices are affordable and appropriate. They defiantly have my business!

I love this place and have been coming to see Sam and Lee for the last 4 years. I have been to other places but this one i have stuck to and would not trust anyone else with my hair. Products are amazing and im a handful. Takes a long time because of my mass amount of hair. Thank you for making my hair perfect.

First time going and I love my hair cant be more happier if u really want someone trust worthy Ritz is the place. The service is amazing and they make u feel welcome, Lee was really nice and I could see that she loves what she does and those are the people I will trust with my hair.

I went to Putting on the Ritz for about 2 years and saw Toni. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was very innovative and has proven to be completely irreplaceable. I moved to Charlotte, NC 8 months ago and am still looking for an adequate replacement.

My first time here, I just got my hair cut and colored by Haley and it looks the best its ever looked, I love the color!! AND the shampoo bowls and chairs dont hurt my neck!!! This is amazing, I love it here, and everyone else is super nice too. :-)

I have been here twice and both times I had services by Cece. I never know exactly what i want but always have a general idea. Cece always talks out my ideas and advises professionally and my hair comes out exactly what i had envisioned every time.

OMG! My daughter just came to me crying asking me to fix her haircut. They butchered her hair, it looks absolutely terrible. Idk, make up your own mind, but shes never going there again and neither would I! Id leave pics if I could
