After being a loyal customer for 10 years I cancelled my membership for only 2 months and upon re-enrolling I was told the no policies had changed. A few months later I unexpectedly moved out of town, 27+ miles away. (a 35 minute drive). In my original contract there had been a clause that you could cancel when moving 25 miles or more away from the nearest club. When I went in to cancel they told me that the policy had changed and they would not be letting me out of my contract. I told them to talk to the employee who had told me nothing changed with my policy and they said it didnt matter, even if the employee agreed that I was being truthful, they still wouldnt honor what was said because their contract allows them to CHANGE POLICIES AT ANY TIME and you have to adhere to them even if the change was made AFTER YOU CONTRACT WAS SIGNED! Very disappointing business practice to say the least.

I have been a member of the battlecreek courthouse for 7 years now and have never had any complaints until about a year and a half ago. They got a new club dance instructor (Taylor). Club dance used to be my favorite class ever but Taylor has definitely made me not like it. He doesnt try, he half-ass dances the whole time. He doesnt seem to know the choreography very well. I keep going to club dance hoping he has either gotten better (started trying) or go hoping to find that they have finally replaced him.... Neither have happened.

Nice place. Great to go to & work out. Love their weight lifting classes & step aerobics. I have really toned up since I have been going here. They try to make it fun & friendly. The only problem i have is that sometimes it can really get crowded & hard to find parking. Otherwise, its great!

So lucky to have such a nice club and the pools are amazing! I love the yoga class and the steam room. I really get into my Arbonne Spa Products in the steam room and I can tell everyone is totally loving the aromatherapy benefits of these products. Great place to be and get healthy!

I like the water exercise classes in the warm pool. Its low impact and you can get a good workout. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome gym, clean, not usually very busy. The only critique that I have is that they only have two squat racks and theyre often being used.
