GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE! I recently purchased a Groupon for a mens haircut. I called artisan to book an appointment. They asked how I heard of them first. I let them know I have a (valid) Groupon. The lady told me that the man who set that up has left, and that they are no longer accepting the Groupon voucher. She said we could try to work something out, but I didnt feel comfortable with a business going back on an agreement that they made. I contacted Groupon to let them be aware of this business not accepting their voucher and am asking for a refund. I do not want to support a business that does not stand by their agreements they made with another business (Groupon). Its shady, and not something I believe the nice community of Sherwood should support.

Artizan Salon made my day, I came out rejuvenated and loving my new look! The hour-long facial was a perfect treat to a long week and they only applied high-quality Aveda products. Although I only got a trim and highlights, I was very impressed by the professionalism. This place is great for as little as a trim to lengthy coloring corrections. Additionally, Farzana was very accommodating to my requests. Overall, amazing experience, beautiful aesthetic in the salon and a great treasure in Sherwood!

Farzana, the owner, is great. She works hard to make the experience relaxing and inviting. She recommends great services and products. I tried eyebrow threading and she does a great job. She has also cut and colored my hair. I dont have a lot of free time and get my hair done when I can, usually every other month or less. I didnt feel pressured or embarrassed about follow up appointments. My husband also went in and got a great haircut.

Farzana is so incredibly welcoming to me and my family and has gone above and beyond every time Ive seen her. I have seen her twice now and each time listened to exactly what I wanted. I got a hair cut and some color done and Im very happy with my hair. I would highly recommend ArtiZan Salon to anyone of my friends or family members!
