My wife and I have been going to see Tara at this business for several years now. We have always had a wonderful experience and have never had any issues with the services Tara provides. From what our stylist tells us, the owner of this business truly believes in delivering high-levels of customer service and requires her stylists to attend continuing education to further advance their craft. The location itself is always clean and they offer freshly brewed espresso to me right when I walk into the door. I have never had a bad haircut and my wife is always happy when she leaves this place. Tara is excellent at recommending products and services that are customized to each person but is NEVER pushy or forceful. As a man, I could get a cheaper haircut almost anywhere. Will I? Not as long as Tara is working. You get what you pay for and I appreciate the time Tara takes to make my haircut perfect. She has great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable about hair itself. I am a trivia/useless fact nerd and Tara has given me some cool facts about hair and how to keep it growing on my head. :) Overall, my wife, daughter and I will continue to use Tara for all of our hair needs as she is not just an amazing stylist, but more importantly to my family, she is a good person. I highly recommend this business to all of my friends and family.

Stay away from this salon! I made the horrible mistake of coming here for the 1st time to get highlights on my hair. I used one of their stylists and what a disaster. I paid her $75 to do a full head of highlights on my hair, and when she finished, it looked EXACTLY the same as when I came in. My hair was dull with no vibrant highlight color. The only difference was that about 1/2 inch of the roots were covered with some dull brown color which is not the golden highlights I requested. I noticed she only used one bowl of color out of being scrimpy and trying to be stingy with the product and giving poor results. When she put the foils in my hair, she didnt even fold the foils over like they should be. She just left them hanging loose, and when I got up to go to the bathroom when she finished adding the product, one of them fell on the floor because they werent secured properly. Overall, it was just a subpar experience . I have had my hair done in both NH and IL before this, and they did a terrific job that lasted 4 months. Now, it is like I never even spent the money or the time coming here, and I will have to pay DOUBLE to fix this botched up mess their stylist left me with. I will have to pay someone else to do the job the RIGHT way and pay again for this service. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your hair.

I have naturally curly hair and after having dreadlocks for years I was having troubles growing my hair out and finding products that worked with my curls. I went to see Michelle to just have my hair "shaped." I emphasized that I really wanted to keep as much length as possible and she actually listened!!!! (Ive told this to many stylist and they still end up chopping off inches.) While she was shaping my hair she educated me on products and methods for curly hair. Michelle is a WEALTH of information about hair and inspired me to keep trying new things and not give up. I could really tell she loved what she did, it isnt just a job to her, she really does love hair. Ive been using some of the tips and techniques she taught me, on top of her shaping, and my hair looks AMAZING! Thank you Michelle :)

Ive been to a few barber shops that cut my hair nicely but they couldnt get me to say "I LOVE IT!". Ive always had my hair cut by my Mother and she knew what I wanted. Personally this was my first time in a Salon and it was a great experience, very good atmosphere, very welcoming, and the hair cut wasnt an awkward silence I usually get. The hair stylist was very professional and knew how to cut my hair from very vague instructions on my end. Britt was my stylist at the time and she did a GREAT job and my wife finally liked the way my hair was cut. In the end they were able to get me to say "I LOVE IT!" and I will be coming here a lot more often! Thanks Synergy!

this place is a joke. I decided to try eyebrow tinting for the first time. I explained I was worried about a "painted" on look and she assured me I would love it. I looked in the mirror to see my eyebrows looking like I was a crazy bag lady! They were HUGE, CROOKED, and AWFUL! Honest to goodness they looked awful. I am new to Oregon, I will not go back there for ANYTHING! If she cant even "color" on some descent eyebrows I am afraid of what might happen with hair color, chemical peels or even scissors! She thought they looked great and so did the other gal at the desk. What a joke!

STAY AWAY!!! Had a very bad experiance there, haircut ok, not great, but ok. Color TERRIBLE!!! Charged an ton of money, asked for a refund for the color, (which was to be blonde...its gray....) Was told they could refund half of the amount of the color "since half of the color was good" CRAZY!! Just lost a lot of business because of VERY POOR management thanks for nothing MICHELLE, will not be seeing any of us nor anyone we can tell to stay AWAY!! Hope it was worth the money you are keeping!

i just recently moved to Wilsonville and was nervous about changing salons, but i googled salons in this area and Synergy looked promising. i called, made an appt, they were polite & excited for me to come in. so far, so good. i went in, loved the place. i was offered coffee/water while i waited, was greeted nicely & loved my new stylist! Amber did a great job on my hair and we had good conversation. She did what i wanted, my hair turned out great! i couldnt be happier!

From the moment I started going to Synergy Artistic Salon I could not be happier. Tara has been my stylist for almost 4 years and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. I recommend her to all my friends, several of which also go to her now. The salon is clean, friendly, and professional. Tara does an amazing job at understanding what you want and making it fit perfectly for your style and needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Do not go here over priced and very rude. And cant tell people truth. I made apt. On my apointment date they said oh we cant take you we busy. So i had argue with them i had apt. I wanted lighten my hair for my birthday. I Told Them I Have Colored My Hair In Passed. I got half light and half dark. And they charged my $160. And they standing there lying through there teeth how good it looks.
