Not only are these girls so very unprofessional but as soon as they got a bad review from someone they stalked her in fed Meyer while she was shopping cornered her at her car, while she had her daughter might I add. Not only that but it gets better!!! Instead of accept the responsibility for there actions they went above and beyond called this girls manager at work and lied to them trying to get her fired. As far as Im concerned this is highly illegal and very unprofessional. STALKING SOMEONE IS NOT OK...... never will I refer anyone here and if i here of this girl getting stalked again I will report it. Thank you and have a great day! :) hope your experience is better then the last girls. GOOD LUCK!!!

Ms.Smiley is a great stylist. She has colored hair, cut my hair, cut my moms hair, cut my sons very thick hair, conditioned hair, and waxed eyebrows. I do not have easy hair as I am in a pool for 10+ hours a week and it is naturally curly. She listens carefully, advises what is best, very knowledgeable, caring and qualified. She always seems to have someone requesting her services. I saw the other reviews, would question the one addressing the stylists in such a trashy way, and the other one with the same last name seems to have an agenda. I refer many people to Ms.Smiley without hesitation, if she doesnt think she can do it then she will be honest.

I went into this salon with my hair looking horrible and scared out of my mind about getting it cut because I have had horrible experiences. Mandi Smiley was the one that helped me and cut my hair. She did an amazing job and made my hair look awesome! I highly recommend going to her or any of the stylists there. Its a family friendly shop that does an amazing job. And very cheap on prices!

Unlike some of the bad reviews, in the many years I and my son have been coming here, Ive always found this place clean and everyone professional. Kan and Nicole are the ones we ask for when theyre working, and weve always been pleased with the results. On occasion when neither Kan nor Nicole are working, others have cut our hair and weve had the same professional experience.

Went in there for a shampoo and the Asian lady and the dike looking chick were very unprofessional and rude especially when I was just stating an opinion of another stylist!!! Being a hairstylist I know how a salon is suppose to run and be taken care of and I can honestly say that this place is dirty, unprofessional, and just CRAP! definitely wouldnt recommend it.

Have had my haircut, permed and colored by Mandi Smiley for now over 6 years and have always had GREAT service. Never have been disappointed on any service I have gotten from her. All the stylist are very friendly and very clean place. I would recommend Mandi to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable for all services I have had as well.

I came to Perfect Look after having a run in with henna hairdye. Long story short, Kan did all she could to get the green indigo hairdye put of my hair. I was very impressed with her knowledge and the staff. Kan also cut my hair, which with its curls, layers, and waveness is not easy to do. Will be going back again.

I purchased "conditioner" instead of "shampoo" on Friday. Realized my mistake and went back Saturday morning. They refused to refund my money. They said I could only do an exchange. The shampoo was cheaper but they refused to give me the difference. I will never do business with them again.

This beautiful stylist named Nina gave me the most empowering hair cut Ive had in years. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me an awesome head massage during my shampoo. She was super friendly and accommodating to exactly what my hair required and I am excited to go back again.

Horrible service!! Ruined my daughters hair. Had to wait two days to go back then wanted to charge 180.00 to fix it. Didnt take responsibility for the stylist actions instead made it look like our fault. Lost customers. Will never recommended this place.

While I think Kan does amazing work, I just received the worst haircut from another stylist there. Asked for a long layered bob and received a short bob that is heavily (and choppily) layered in the back and not at all in the front. I wont be going back.

went in for a trim and came out 2in on top and almost no hair. said i wanted to grow it out.. will be a long time now.. very upset.!!!!!
