I am SO bummed I called into Aqua to make an appointment with Tia Jeffery (Paulman) I want to say a little over two weeks ago and to my surprise I was told that she no longer works there and the receptionist would not tell me where Tia had gone to (Dont you HATE that, come on now, either way I am not going to come back to your salon, so just tell me where she is!!!) AHHHHHHH, I was so upset, if you have ever had Tia cut or color your hair then you understand why I am SO upset! Luckily, I did some facebook stocking (come on, dont we all?!?) and I found Tia! I sent her an email and had my hair cut and colored yesterday with her!!! I am SO happy I found her (for all you Shelby lovers, she is there with Tia)! Even better she is now in Beaverton at Pzazz which is 5 minutes from my work! Hello Pzazz goodbye Aqua!

I was really happy that they were able to set an appointment with me very quickly, they also accepted my spa finder gift card. I went there for my first facial. When I got there the ladies were very sweet and offered me tea or water. They also gave me a foot bath while I waited. The atmosphere is really nice and relaxing. The woman who did my facial, I think her name was Bailey, did a great job. Ive suffered from reddish skin with some acne and she was able to tell me that she thinks it looks like rosacea. She isnt a doctor so cant say for certain, but I am very happy to at least know what might be going on now. The facial itself was really relaxing, I enjoyed the little massage and my face felt nice and my skin smelt good afterwards.

Shauna always does an amazing job with my hair and even managed to coax the tangles out of my daughters tangled curly hair without any tears! The salon is relaxing and serene, tucked away yet convenient. Im really glad that the stylists were able to work out a way to stay open after it nearly closed in 2008 so we can keep patronizing local sherwood businesses!

Ive been in to purchase Aveda products and have found the staff helpful and friendly. My only compliant is their hesitation in accepting American Express cards. As a result, I tend to shop online or at another salon that sells Aveda, but Aqua would be my top choice if using AMEX wasnt a problem.

Just having moved to the area, I am very happy with results from my first visit with Audrey. I had a partial highlight and cut. She matched my highlights perfectly. Its a beautiful salon with a variety of Aveda products to choose from. I think its going to be my go to salon.

Shauna is the best! She does my hair and brows, and my daughters brows. Always does a great job. Doesnt rush...makes you feel like she has all the time in the world just for you. The salon is a little on the spendy side, but you get what you pay for! (Its worth it!!)

Alyssa is a great stylist. Ive been seeing her for almost two years and I always leave happy. She does my cut and color and I always trust her judgement. The cost is fair too. Ive had a pedicure here too and it is nice and affordable. Nice salon overall!

I live in Texas but visit the Portland area, often. I try to make it by Aqua Salon and Day Spa whenever I am in the area. This is an awesome Salon. The energy and culture of the Salon and Spa leaves me wishing that I lived much closer.

very relaxing! Therapist was great! But the only draw back was that the Shellac didnt really take properly...had to get a redo, then one nail peeled 3 days later after the redo :(
