I called for a nail appointment. I was told to come in same day at 1:30 pm. When I got their they didnt know who I was or why I had an appointment. I was passed off through two people, because when I asked the girl who first greeted me to find out who spoke with me on the phone, she didnt want to. I was told they would call the nail tech in & I said no this is bad business I will take my business somewhere they value having clients. I do not recommend this salon. When I asked for directions when the appointment was made the young woman gave out horrible directions. All in all it was a bad experience & they looked at me as if I was the one with the problem.

The receptionist was so rude on the phone. She didnt know what I ment when I asked about bleaching out my hair???? Told me they couldnt help me because I had previously died it red then asked if I even wanted to come in.... No thank you!!

Got my hair cut there today by Ashley, she was friendly and did a great job, will deffinatly return. It was busy but not crowded, and a relaxed atmosphere!
