Ive gone into this Perfect look before when it was still located by Thirftway, and each time I ve gotten a pretty good haircut. However, I went into their new location by Fred Myers today, and I have to say I am very disappointed. First off, the lady who cut my hair was very rude to me, and gave me a very mean look at the register. She seemed to be trying to go as fast as possible because it was the end of the day. However, that I almost could have lived with if she had cut my hair okay. I asked her to take off 1/2 to 1 inch and she took off THREE inches (aka 6 months of hair growth)! She did say that just one inch wouldnt get rid of all my split ends, but she didn t ask me if I wanted it shorter to get rid of them, she just went ahead and cut off two extra inches without asking me. It also looks as though she cut it unevenly, and she did not do my bangs the way I wanted at all. This is probably the most unhappy Ive ever been with a hair cut. I know its not the end of the world and that hair grows, but I really did not enjoy my experience there. I will not be going back ever again.

The lady who cut my hair was very rude. As I walked in she gave me a mean unwelcoming look, which made me think I should leave, which I should have done... because I came to regret it and will have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed... I just wanted to cut my hair shorter since it was getting too long and asked her to cut it straight. instead I got a hair cut that looks like a 5 year old kid picked up scissor and cut my hair randomly, making the ends of my hair look like the top of a Tetris board... A kid with a ruler could do a better job...The entire time the lady cut my hair, there was no friendly conversation... If I could, I would give this place a negative 10 for the poor, unprofessional skills and bad customer service.

Worst experience ever !!! I mean ever !!! and I have been to several places over the states.. I also had CJ.. She was RUDE RUDE RUDE... She made it clear I was a inconvenience to her. Dry cut my hair.. and bickered with me the amount.. and didnt bother to even the whole cut out.. Then didnt bother to dust or wipe me off.. My husband said it looked like I had a beard.. Then. My grandsons hair cut.. well it was a cut.. they called it a razor cut.. for a 2 yr old ?? Not.. it looks uneven.. and bad.. so that also has to be repaired.. My husbands cut well.. its bad also.. But its so short .. there is no repair.. Will never.. ever go there again.. DO NOT GO TO PERFECT LOOK IN WILSONVILLE !!

I came in for a haircut to even out my ugly a-line, I had. The lady there noticed I had split ends so she introduced me to this gadget she had that looked like a big hair straightener but said it would help with my split ends.... Well it sure as hell didnt help but now my split ends are 10X worse than they were in the beginning and I have a wedding in June!!!!! My hair looks dead and disgusting now!!!!!! And the split ends stick up on top on me head.... Im sooooooo disappointed and never give bad reviews unless I think its deserved. If the gal who did this to my hair reads this. I hope to god she throws that thing away..... Do not let her talk you into using it!!!!

I have been a client of CJs at Perfect Look for two years and have never found her to be anything but professional. I have personally witnessed prospective clients come in to the shop and seem to "bait her", and have never seen her act in any fashion that was not both businesslike and kind. She does a wonderful job with my hair and is a gifted stylist with both scissor and razor cuts. I would say that while dealing with difficult people is unavoidable in her trade, CJs even-tempered demeanor allows her to take the negatives, along with the positives, in stride. I highly recommend her!

Worst haircut experience ever!! I will never waste my time or money again at Perfect Look in Wilsonville. After reading other reviews posted for Perfect Look in Wilsonville it seems that I had the same stylist as other people who had a horrible experience as well. Her name is C.J. and the sad thing is, she is the MANAGER!! She is very rude, rushed me through, washed and towel dried my hair like you would a dog and dug her 4" hooker red talons into my scalp. My dog has had a much nice experience at the dog groomers. Unbelievable that she is still employed as a so-called stylist.
