I am giving this two stars because the service was friendly and my hair color turned out OK. However, my haircut was a disaster! Krista had cut my hair. I had shown her a photo to give her a visual on how I would like my hair. The end result was far from what was seen in the photo. Not only did my hair come out too short, the cut was also VERY uneven at the back and very choppy. It did not look professional at all. This is the second time that Ive had an unsatisfying cut from Third Dimensions in Silverdale. Last time, I had went in for an ombré and came out with highlights. The only reason I had forgiven them was because the last store manager (who no longer works there) had offered to redo my hair for free and gave me a $100 voucher. After this second time, I am no longer getting my hair done at Third Dimensions. It was definitely not worth the high price that I paid for!

Yesterday i tried for a third time to get my daughter in for a trim and was turned away again due to lack of stylists!!! Are you kidding!!! The gal at the front desk informed me they were all at their booth at whaling days. How do you set up a booth to promote your business and then constantly not have enough help to accomodate customers? I watched as another woman and a family of four went in and were turned away as well. Needless to say we wont try again!!

Nice hair color, not at all what I wanted. I wanted a drastic change from brunette to blonde I said I wanted to blonde to looke natural so that was mistaken for some highlights. Im still a brunette lol. I spent $215 for my hair to loke like I spent some time at the beach. Oh and I had to wait 3 hours for the girls to catch up on their other appointments before I could be seen. Ridiculous.

Taylor did an AMAZING job cutting my hair about a week ago. Ive never felt so comfortable with a stylist before or so happy with the job anyone has done before. I got an extremely short cut compared to what I came in with and it came out better than I ever expected! I cant wait to see Taylor in 4 weeks to get it all trimmed up

Not happy with my cut. I had to ask for the stylist to even up the front. I had to go home and style my hair again because the cut just did not look good. I called the next day and asked if they could fix my hair, Krista came to the rescue and did an amazing job fixing my hair. Thanks Krista

I am extremely pleased with the haircut Bianca gave me. My hair is thick and curly and stylists normally have a hard time cutting my hair and end up butchering it. She had no problem and listened to what I wanted. I also think it was a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back.

Cheryl at Third dimension is amazing!! If you want a short cut she will be ecstatic! She always cuts my hair exactly as I want it! She is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Go here and ask for Cheryl! Cheryl if you see this know how happy I am with your cut!

I scheduled a 3 hour appointment last week for today and they called me to cancel because apparently my hair will take "too long" she asked if i could reschedule for another time. Nope you lost my business VERY unprofessional.

I like the service but they were too busy and wanted me to come back in 3 days, needless to say I went somewhere else. Be careful 3d you will lose business because your prices and availability is not user friendly.

I would of have given 5 stars but there is one stylist there who i feel is not very good. I have had 2 times and the last time i left cause i was in a hurry to get to work but it was a horrible haircut.
