Our furnace went out during the recent snow storm and Tim went out of his way to diagnose the trouble on Saturday morning and then on Monday, (his day off) he went and picked up the necessary parts and installed them to get our furnace running. Our AC stopped working on 100 degree afternoon. Called Eastman in early evening. Within 30 minutes, Stewart called back and made appointment for next day (Sunday). He showed up on time, quickly identified the problem (capacitor), installed a replacement, and got system running. He tested system thoroughly before leaving. The only cost was for the part as we have a service contract with Eastman. Stewart is to be commended for his professionalism and Eastman for their continuing support of their clients.

Response time was fast, office staff were polite over the phone. Technician was very rude would not let me explain the issues with out interrupting me. And had a know it all attitude. Told him to grab his tools and leave before he even got started. If you want reliable polite technicians; best bet is to call AireServ.

Had to have our furnace checked and serviced for the home we just purchased. Tim showed up on time and did a complete check. Found a part on the heat pump that was not working and fixed. Was very helpful in explaining what he did and seemed to be knowledgeable in what he was doing. Excellent work.
