I hired Boones Ferry electric to wire a home addition and the price was competitive but after a couple of days on the job rumors were floating around that they had underbid the project and consequently we went from being able to meet our schedule to they could not send men to our project for 3 weeks to complete because I did not answer an email until an 1 1/2 hours later. Jan at this time began communicating after his Project Manager/ Estimator stopped replying to my emails and phone messages. They then began coming up with any excuse to not complete the work, including scheduling issues, man power, and wanting a new electrical plan due to some minor changes that included eliminating 13 can lights and only adding 3 switches and 3 light fixtures that we were providing. Jan then came back with an additional cost stating that it cost more to add than to subtract since the fixtures were in a vaulted ceiling, well the cans were as well, which by the way they were to provide. This is a very unprofessional company to deal with, it sounds like they mostly do work on time and material because they underestimate most jobs. Their Project manager didnt even know that a main power disconnect would be needed when moving the service to another location. I could never recommend this company to anyone. Jan and Dan are very un-professional and very argumentative making accusations claiming that they never make mistakes.

I needed to run a 220V line from my circuit panel in my bedroom into the kitchen, and I had no attic access. Jan came out an estimated the work and within days it was completed. The work was done quickly, efficiently and promptly. They are a bit expensive, I will say that. But the quality and the service are definitely there. They are worth the extra dollars to make sure the work is done right and to code. I highly recommend them.

Boones Ferry re wired my kitchen and living room and did an excellent job that was completed in a timely fashon. The electricians were very polite.
