Be sure to get anything from them in writing. I was going to be out of town for a few months and asked to have my account paused or canceled. The guy at the front desk said “ well get you taken care of." Months later I get an email, no phone call, saying I had a past due balance with penalties. I talked to the manager, and I was told I would be sent collections if I didnt pay the balance. The manager was willing to "forgive some of the debt," but that was it. It was a relatively small amount, but their deceptive business practices had me extremely irritated.

Awful awful place! And experience ever!! Would never recommend this gym to anyone. I canceled my account and even signed the dang paper and they still sent me to Collections. If the person knew how to do their job right and cancel my account when I told them to this would have never happened. I even called them to take care of it and they hung up on me.. seem like they just want your money and dont care about customer service. 0.25 rating honestly!

Similar experience with their billing. They say your good then charge you more money and threaten they will send you to collections. I paid off my account after canceling 3 times. Go somewhere else for your gym needs.

I would give it .5 stars I f I could. The only thing great about the gym is the salt water pool. Dont let them truck you into a "free" membership.

Management above the gym level, (corporate) is too or of touch with gym conditions. Equipment goes too long without repair.
