If I could give it less than one star I would. I have been a member at this gym for going on three years and I have watched it go downhill FAST! Super high turnover and so crowded its unreal!! Very understaffed every day. I go in day and night trying to get my massages and the beds have been down for MONTHS. No exaggeration. They had one and such a long line I check in and leave without doing ANYTHING! I have been wasting money waiting for this place to get it together. I have witnessed terrible customer service and a complete lack of safety concerns. I have a photo of two employees (usually there is only one!) talking away while they have a huge cord outstretched for me to trip over! If I could get my money back for the last year I would be thrilled. "Cheap" does not mean better!!! Do not get sucked in! It is too crowded and they keep signing more and more people up without changing a thing!! Go somewhere that charges more a month and because with the yearly surprise charge they fail to mention, you are almost paying more than their competitors will charge! Not worth it!

I love Planet Fitness and all the staff!!. Planet Fitness is so clean the place sparkles.I love the layout of the machines and the colors of the place.I love the concept of Planet Fitness "No Judgement " Everyone is welcomed.The tootsie rolls on the counter, bagels and pizza once a month. Planet Fitness understands the importance of reward for working hard. When I feel tense or my muscles are sore I do the Hydro bed and the massage chair. Both the bed and chair work wonders for me. Best of all I love the incredible price for all of this.Thanks Planet Fitness!!!!! P.S. Unlimited tanning.

Boom, found a deal to sign up for $1. A lot of equipment, clean locker rooms, friendly staff, the right equipment for my training. Music sucks but thats why they invented headphones. Cant please everyone Pf but youre doing a good job trying to accommodate. $1 sign up, $60 for 6 months, $17 annual fee, and $58 to cancel = Ill pay that for 6 months of fitness where its comfortable to work out. Thats literally almost the least amount to sign up anywhere else plus youd still have to pay 5 months on top.

Its a fantastic gym and typically the employees that work there are great to work with. However tonight, I had a question to ask one of them. I went up to customer service and the guy behind the counter was rude right off the bat. He didnt even seem interested in answering my question and went right to another couple across the counter. Really made me feel like I didnt matter. Poor customer service and hesitate to talk to them again or come in.

I really want to go here and its sounds like a very good deal and its the only place I ever wanted to go to but Im only 13 and I was told that I cant go unless my parent signs up for a black card membership so now I cant go because my parents are very busy and we cant find any gyms that are the same . If there is any way that I can still go that would great I live in Springfield Oregon.

Nice place to get in and get your workout done. Could be five stars , but have had recent issues. One is they completely turned over the staff, and the new staff is not very friendly. Second they have three stair climbers and one stair climber has been broken for the last month and a half.

Good service, super clean gym, showers and locker rooms. New gym equipment, really affordable gym memberships. Everyone working out there is super helping and really nice. Everyone wipes down machines after theyre done. They really promote a no judging atmosphere.

I may like it for the wrong reason (usually not too busy), but overall the staff make it a point to say "have a nice night" as you leave and are generally pretty friendly. I think they play it fast and loose with the lunk alarm, but it could just be that Im a lunk.

I like this place to work out Becouse its close.. But it sucks when I had to pay $38 with out getting a notice that its going to be more money then the $10 I started with paying!! But I guess thats how they pay for things at the planet fitness work out

Went in as a begginer and was able to find my self around well. Great information is displayed well on each piece of equipment. There are lockers and you can but a lock for cheap. Very clean, airconditioned, and judgment free gym.

I really like the fact that you can talk with a trainer! & I like the 30 Minute Circuit... I also use the incumbent bike, and other cardio machines... But I love free weights & they dont have a preachers bench for the curl bar

42nd main street springfield PF is the most welcoming gym I have ever been to. Work out and spa all at one gym. Going to recommended them to anyone wanting to make fitness a life style and not just a passing faze.

Wow you guys are crooks and have false advertisement. I wanted to like this gym but instead Im taking matters to the Better Business Bureau. Super disappointed in my experience there.

Great for the price. Wont find the latest and greatest equipment, but you will find a 24 hour, friendly gym where you dobt have to worry about being gym shamed or judged.

Love all that this gym has to offer, there are many choice, which even include tanning beds and massage chairs, and they have a hydro-massage bed that is amazing!

This is a nice, new place, but they sell too many memberships. If you go at good times, its so crowded you cant do anything. Ended up having to leave as I moved
