Horrible dump. Not a real gym. I signed up for this gym online, sight unseen, after moving to the area from out of state. When I first went there, I found that mostly they have cardio equipment and their weights cater to the morbidly obese or medically challenged(i.e. if you are really training or working on muscle growth, dont do it here as most equipment maxes out at about 200 lbs). Basically this is a gym for fat people who want to be able to say they work out. This gym SERVES their members BAGELS and PIZZA!!!!! For real????? The counter is run by 19 year old nerdy kids who harass the members whenever possible. The machines are OFTEN broken. Usually whenever Im working out, either a gross, leering man will get on the machine RIGHT next to me and stare at me until Im done working out, even though there are 20 other machines available.... or a couple of chatty fatties will hop on and start cackling and shrieking so loud I cant hear my own music, all while they pedal their elliptical as fast as they can at a level 1 pace....... oh please. Cell phone conversations are had all the time on the gym floor even though the "rules" state that this is not allowed......gym bags strewn everywhere...... I figured, "oh well, its only 20 a month, get your workout on and move on to a real gym when contract is up".... well here I am 3 months in, and they are trying to charge me an annual fee..... it hasnt been a year..... I paid my initiation fee and my monthly dues.... what the hell is this annual fee at three months into a year contract???? Needless to say, I wont be paying their stupid fee or continuing my membership. What a SCAM!!!!!!! Dont waste your time or money if you are truly looking for a gym where you can achieve results with your physique.

I have been working out here for about two months after moving up here from Arizona where I also had a membership and this place is great. The Staff is very friendly, and the facility is well kept and clean. I work out here six days a week and so far what I have seen the other people seem to keep to themselves. No one seems to be Judgmental or would make anyone uncomfortable which is what they are going for right? I dont understand what people are talking about saying there isnt enough weight there is more weight than any one person can lift. There are some super Jacked and fit people who work out here and if it wasnt a "real gym" why would they be here and how did they get that way? If you are looking for a Steroided out screaming jock dropping weight type of place go to a crossfit gym. If you cant find what you need to get in really good shape here your doing something wrong.

Ive been a member here for a while. I used to go around 1 to 2 pm and the staff working then was great, always greeted you and said have a good day as you were leaving every single time. They were always cleaning and restocking. But the 3-5 pm staff ( when it is much busier) are very unprofessional. There is no paper towels at garbages many days and the staff do not greet or say goodbye to you. They dont even look up to see if you check in. They rarely clean and all of them are always standing behind the counter goofing off with each other. Besides the bad staffing the equipment is pretty limited- but its 10- 20$ a month. You get what you pay for. The womens locker rooms/ restrooms are very clean though.

Place is clean, lots of machines, they have tanning and hydro massage, the membership costs next to nothing for everything, locker rooms with shower, and they have water and protein and gatorade on site. Half price if you have a black card. Staff has been okay to good, no one has blown me away with their customer service but its alright. Overall, for 10 to 20 bucks, pretty sweet. Only problem is, not enough weight in dumb bells. They only have dumbells up to 60 lbs! Oh and no barbells, only smith machines. If they get heavier dumbells and free weight barbells, 5 stars.

My wife and I "WERE" members. I was in the area with my 6 year old son and he needed to use the restroom. My assumption was "hey Ive got a membership here I can run him in real quick so he can go and back to business" but no! Even the manager was rude non apologetic and plainly not sympathetic to a young child. I would never give my money to a company that has that little regard for people. If your a family and looking for an inexpensive option check out the local county centers. There pretty good and have quality customer service!

Chose this place because it was closer to home. Thats about it. The staff is inconsistent at best. Half of them care the other half spend all their time messing around at the counter. I usually go during the busy times and typically there are 4 staff members working and none of them have the time to greet. Its pretty sad. But hey at $22 a month you get minimum wage service. If LA fitness wasnt so crowded Id go there.

I would give zero stars if i could. When we talked to the manager about our unfortunate financial situation and that we were able to waive the cancellation fees she laughed at us and said no youre paying. No respect for us and made our situation worse. Also kept calling us kids and buddy over the phone so much disrespect. Dont waste your money here all they want is every little penny of it and dont care about you.

Staff was friendly up until I worked with the manager Chris. His lack of people skills and attitude made me rethink my contract with them. bad experience dealing with him across the board . Still waiting on a email back from his manager to work out the problem I have with them

It used to be much better. Everything has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Wifi is spotty and the service is terrible. It is obviously a management issue because it is everything and everyone. I hate going, but I am getting paid by my insurance to go, so there is that.

The place is clean, there isnt a lot of variety on the equipment, but I cancelled my membership because of their ridiculous policy of not making any noise while working out. When I told the manager (KS)why I was cancelling my membership, she got major attitude!

$10 a month for a 24-hour gym. What more can one say? They have all the things you need for a good workout. They dont have a pool, sauna, or stream room. For $20 you can tan and use massage equipment.

I pay around $10.50/mo from a January special and have been totally happy with this gym. Its open 24 hours and has plenty of weights and cardio, no frills. Bring all your own gear, towels, etc...

This is a joke of a gym. No real weight training equipment/weights and they stress how they dont judge people, while all they did was judge me when I toured the place. I joined a real gym instead.

Doesnt even deserve a star... horrible service and although I tried to cancel membership they continue to pull money 3 separate times in two weeks!!! Nice right..
