Very cool gym that has excellent staff. Whether youre looking for just a place to lose some weight or you are much more serious about training for competition, this is definitely the place for you. The owner is usually there everyday and often instructs classes in the evenings. The atmosphere is welcoming and even if its your first time, by the end of your workout youll know just about everyone there. The staff will help you with any technical workout you are doing and state of the art equipment allows you to train exactly the way you need to. I highly recommend this place. Its almost seems like a family after youve been there for a little bit. Definitely a more personal experience than youll get at any other gym in Salem.
