DO NOT GO TO SNAP FITNESS! My boyfriend cancelled his membership years ago, we even have an email of confirmation showing that it is inactive and they continue to charge our card. Weve left messages for Corporate as well as this specific location and no one will return our phone call. Absolutely terrible customer service and they will continue to charge your account and take away money and because you have to put it on a debit card, you cant do anything about the charges, they have to reimburse you. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very expensive for what they have. A very small, dark space that doesnt make you feel like you want to stay very long. The manager was like a used car salesman trying to pitch a lemon car, not what I want in a place where I want to get a workout in and keep fit.

Not very many patrons no matter what time I go, which I love. Shower room (1). All the equipment I need. Only real downside is they dont clean quite enough, and the limited staffing has the inherent downsides to limited staffing. Nice people though.

The Manager Mr. Dyer seemed to only care about himself and how much money he could make rather than helping the customer. The price is very high compared to other gyms, the gym is very small, and its also very dark.

This is a nice, clean, new gym with a range of free weights, machines, treadmills, spinning bikes, classes, and recorded videos to follow along with in the studio.
