This is a great place to workout. Its clean and they have everything I need from cardio to free weights. I have tried other performance based gyms but really enjoy the feel of a neighborhood gym. The owners are always there to help and motivate you. The locker room, showers and sauna are a bonus. This is a wonderful new addition to downtown Hillsboro. I can run to the gym from my home. It nice to drop the kids off at school and get a workout in in a cozy non-threatening facility. Carla, the owner is really passionate about seeing me succeed. I hope to try out the spin and yoga classes too. Its only been open a few months and is family owned. The gym is a perfect addition to the growing downtown Hillsboro community. I would highly recommend it. They will let you try it out for a few days to see if it is a good fit.

I love this place! And now they have a sauna, and Im super spoiled. Love the Tuesday spin class, great instructors! Love the yoga class, and ZUMBA! Great little gym with quality weights, and machines that are well maintained. Super friendly, family owned business, and at the heart of downtown Hillsboro. Whether youre into group fitness, a quick workout during lunch, or want to walk a treadmill with a friend, this place is refreshing to say the least. Especially enjoyable if youre not into the big box gym and overwhelmed by there being too many people or overwhelmed by a hyped up atmosphere. Truly a place to get in your zone and focus on your health and fitness!

Love this place! George and Carla are great, receptive owners, and make you feel personally welcome. Very clean facility with everything I need at a reasonable price. I havent taken any classes, but hear very good things about them. Ive overheard in passing the instructors talking about how excited they are over their students progress. Also, the location is perfect for anyone in downtown Hillsboro. I cant recommend this gym enough!

Balance 365 is an affordable gym located in historical Downtown Hillsboro and is run by a couple who know fitness. If you want to be part of a gym that has a personal touch as well as state-of-the-art equipment, then this is the place to be.
