Located on the neighborhood side of the highway makes walking over super convenient and obliterates any excuses about traffic after work! Great, knowledgable, and friendly instructors who remain professional but also keep classes fun. Classes range from yoga, workouts targeting the abdominal region, bootcamp, Zumba, barre, etc with senior classes, too, encompassing all ages and abilities. Ive heard great things about the trainers. Equipment is always clean. Cant beat the price for all thats offered. Plenty of showers and gym-space. Very satisfied.

Great staff very friendly! Owners are very involved with their gym everytime im there I see them there as well! Great place to workout. The sauna really does wonders after my workout.The classes are very fun I always take my friends with me and even though some are harder than others the instructors always make sure youre pushing yourself and having a good time. I recommend going there , you can get a day pass that lasts all day (you can leave and come back later that day).

The staff is friendly. The variety of classes offered are excellent, Im looking forward to trying out the kickboxing! The "March Madness" challenge was fun and motivating, it really helped everyone to step up their game. Overall, the environment is fun and encouraging. The facility is great, very clean, and a safe place to workout.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable! The gym is always clean and you dont have to wait around for equipment to open up. They have a great selection of classes. Their personal training is well worth it!They really do go above and beyond for your health and fitness experience.

Nice staff and it feels safe and welcoming. The downfall is they have very limited hours. During the week only open till 9pm and on the weeks only 8am-6pm.
