The gym itself is pretty good, the hours are convenient, its small, not super busy. But the management is horrible. When my husband and I first signed up, we were each told that wed get one free session with their personal trainer, and that shed call us within the week. We never got a call and never got our free session. Recently I froze my membership because of an injury, and I called after about a month to get my membership back... there was no answer, so I left a message. No call back. So I called again a few days later, no answer again, left another message. I called FOUR times within about three weeks, and each time there was NO ANSWER and I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Never. I never even called during their lunch hour, I always called during "staffed hours." I had tried going down there during "staffed hours" too and there was nobody there. Finally, one day, I decided to email instead, and a girl who doesnt even work there normally (she was just covering for the day) responded to me right away and unfroze my membership. I went down there later that evening to finally work out, and my key didnt work, I was locked out. So I still couldnt work out. After emailing with the manager today, FINALLY, she finally just cancelled my membership. Thank God. Trying to get in contact with anyone who works there was a constant battle. Nothing was ever easy. It sucked. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. Very unprofessional. Even when the staff are there, they just leave several times to go get snacks and drinks from Safeway. Its completely ridiculous.

The gym is fairly small, but they have most of the equipment that you would need. Staff for the most part are friendly and helpful. My biggest problem, which ended up costing me hundreds of dollars, was that their membership is as much of a scam as they can possibly have under the constraints of law. I was told what I wanted to hear so that I would sign a year contract, and then they didnt follow through with what they said and I was left paying for the membership when I couldnt even use it. I found it very deceitful and I wouldnt trust these people as far as I could throw them.

Great little place! Ive been coming for 3 months now. I love the convenience, and the staff is VERY friendly and helpful! The place is rather small with only minimal equipment, and can get crowded at peak hours. I probably wouldnt pay the full price, but if you get it during a special like I did its a good place to start attending. I am very satisfied with this gym so far and recommend it to anyone in the Newberg area looking for a quick and easy place to work out!

I have been here for about two months. I like it, I can go whenever I like and get in a complete work out and then some. Not a lot of kids like the other gym, or the guys with no necks. The Manager Melanie is very nice and professional and runs a good gym. I dont really see myself joining another gym. The only down side to the gym is they have one fan and the gym has two sides so you have to steal the fan from cardio so it becomes tag with the fan.......

I am very annoyed. They had entry boxes around town for a free membership, called everyone that entered and told them they won, and when I got there I had to pick a poker chip out of a bucket to determine the length of my term.. Which ended up being 2-week trial. I wont sign up here because of that.
