Well where should I start. When I first call the the daycare to set up at tour they didnt even take my name or number down. When I showed up for my tour they didnt even know I was supposed to come. And was just scrambling to find everything to give me. Then at the end she said just turn in the paper work when your ready to start your little one and the director should give you a call later on today. Which I never did get a call and I forgot all about it cause I was working and moving. So I did what the lady said I turned the paper work in a couple of days before she would need to start. Then I was told she wouldnt be able to start because that wasnt enough time. And that I was suppose to fill everything out online not the paper work that the lady GAVE ME. The lady said the director is on vacation and you have to wait until Monday to give her to call for an ordered your daughter to start. So I called the director on Monday about my paperwork she said she had a big stack of paper that she needs to go through on her desk. And that she would give me a call later that day remind you that was 8 in the morning. Never got a call back so I decided to give her a call at 4:30 p.m. she said she was helping out in the classroom so she didnt have time to go through all the paperwork that was on her desk and said she would give me a call back later this evening. She never gave me a call back which I felt was very unprofessional. I would not take my child here if this was the last daycare on the Earth very rude very unprofessional. And its obvious the director doesnt know what shes doing and is well over her head.

I have had nothing but problems since i started taking my 2 children here it has now been a little over a year. My youngest is 2 and oldest 9. The child to teacher ratio is always off, the teachers dont watch the kids probably because they are overwhelmed. I have not wanted to change my kids around because of so many changes already but i am now looking for another childcare. My youngest has been bitten too many times to count and i was told this is normal behavior and offered pamphlets. My 2 year old has asthma and i realized he wasnt receiving his treatments by leaving his inhaler in the package it was never opened he was definitely needing it and they were not treating him the teachers say they had no idea he was asthmatic even though i clearly expressed daily if he was having troubles. The last straw which should have been a long time ago.. I went in Friday to pick up my toddler when i walked in on his teacher changing his diaper on the bathroom floor of the toddlers room in betwwen 2 toilets, no mat, nothing just my little touching toilets while getting a diaper change.. I am appalled and this place is very expensive. Dont bother calling to complain because when i did they tried to work with how i could express to their staff what they should be doing. Take my advice this place only cares about your money not your babies they overcharge and dont supervise the kids. I have so much more to say that is wrong with this childcare but wont.

I would not recommend Kindercare for infants < 12 mos old. The caregiver to baby ratio is 4 to 1, which really is insufficient for babies. My son was at this Kindercare from age 3 mo to age 6 mos, and I felt that he was left in a swinging chair or crib most of the time, because the harried caregivers in the baby room just have too much on their hands. Once when I picked up my baby, he had been left sleeping on the floor, where he was vulnerable to other children crawling on him. One thing also to keep in mind is that they regularly will bring in older children from other rooms when they are the last of that group to leave, which is also a vulnerable situation for the infants in that room when the caregivers are otherwise distracted. They do mean well, but there is a lot of turnover, and this is really "just a job" for them.

We had a wonderful experience. I previously worked in daycares in my young years but found the teachers and curriculum to be amazing! I am pretty sure a 1:4 ratio in Oregon is standard for Infants and Toddlers in any childcare setting. We were very happy with the quality and professionalism for both of our boys (both were in infant rooms). My only complaint was that it was a bit spendy.....BUT, you get what you pay for. We just had to budget differently to maintain our "peace of mind" in knowing our sons were taken good care of!

This place personally to me just cares about making money and not the children. I took my 15month year old there for two weeks and I would always find her crying. And now she goes to a daycare she love and I love its a Caring daycare ,when I go pick up my daughter she actually wants to stay and not come with me. Im very happy with where she is now. Kinder Care needs cameras in there from what Ive experienced.
