I wish I could remember the guy that "helped" me. He basically said that they charge about $100 something to cut my blank auto key I bought online but if my blank key broke his machine they would charge me $300 for breaking the machine. He said that with the blank keys you buy online sometimes have steel in them and can break their machinery and "recommended" that I purchase the keys that they sell. So I left and went to Accesslocktech in Warminster they charged me $45 plus tax to cut my blank auto key I purchased on amazon. They are SUPER NICE, the cute little old man even came outside and made sure the key worked. If you need auto keys check out Accesslocktech I think they also go by Mikes Lock shop they are located in Warminster but a lot cheaper.

The lady who answered the phone was very nice and sent multiple messages to the guy on call. HOWEVER. I sat outside my house for two and a half hours and he never contacted me. I called her three different times, and each time she sent him a new message with my phone number in it (he didnt answer the phone because he was on another call is what she told me). Eventually I told them to cancel it and went to a different locksmith to help me. Hopefully other days the on call guy does better but this was pretty ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not patronize this business. I went to get a duplicate key cut, and after refusing to pay a $2 surcharge for using my debit card (nevermind I asked the employee if I could use a debit card without a surcharge), the owner came out of his office, instructed me to go to the atm to get the cash and took my duplicate and original key and refused to return my original unless I payed. Needless to say they will never get my business again.

Great place to go for key duplicates especially old keys and new key solutions and their safe specialist is beyond amazing does every possible thing to save your safe or vault by surgically opening it so you can still use it . The staff can also duplicate some old automotive keys and if you bring your own key if it can be done they do those too without batting an eyelash and its done right in front of you.

Be forewarned: this business is a rip-off. They do unprofessional work, charge exorbitant prices, and dont give a darn about whether a customer ever come back - they seem to think there are enough fools in the world that another is sure to come along.

Can crack any safe or lock no problem! I got to pal around with the owner for a day and learn that he used to be a magician! Really cool guy and his staff is great as well. I would suggest them highly to any of my friends.
