Gio responded to my call right away and was able to fit in a service call within only a few hours. I had five locks replaced in total, and the work was perfect! The doors would jam a little bit before, and now I have no issue with them at all. He made sure they open and close smoothly. Also, he was very friendly and took the time to explain the different kinds of locks. Overall the whole job was extremely thorough, and Im so appreciative! I feel very secure in my home, and the functionality of the doors is so much better now. Thank you, Gio!

Zee was great! He answered immediately and changed my locks at the time that was convenient for me. He also consulted me on what would be the best option for me to go with, he listened very carefully to what I needed and gave best recommendation. Took him not long at all to do the job. They are NEVER open! I called 5 times to try and get keys made. not open weekends, sometimes open 11-5 Mon- Fri....SOMETIMES! I got the run around for 3 weeks trying to get non duplicate keys made- completely unprofessional. The people that worked here only called me after i wrote this negative review trying to get me to take it down.......

After long moving from DC finally found time to take care of my own security and had my locks changed. And Id like to say i had horrible past exparience with locksmith in DC and I was little afraid, but Zee made the process the most pleasant. He was very nice, friendly yet professional, and efficient. Strongly Recommended !!!

Very impressed. Carried my (sentry brand) safe to their van outside, the van was setup with a extremely professional bench setup inside. They were able to open the safe quickly and then hand carried the broken safe back to the building/garbage area. Payment was easy w/credit card and they charged exactly what they quoted.

Z is the man!! He was so patient with my panicked dog locked behind my apartment door and got me back in quickly and efficiently. Z also fixed my door that was semi messed up and got a key for my dead bolt on the spot. I will have Z on speed dial! Call this dude ASAP

Getting locked out of my apartment was a drag, but these locksmiths were really great. I called around 10:45pm on a Saturday night and they were at my apartment in half an hour. Very helpful and made the experience as good as it could have been.

Z is such an amazing person. He went out of his way to close his shop and help me cut my kryptonite U lock for my bike after it got jammed. Everyone should go to him for all of their lock needs. I am eternally grateful.
