Terrible, Sister locked her keys in the trunk. We called to have her trucked open, we were told the guy would be there within 15 mins. I got the trunk open before he got there, he said he would be there within 15 mins, it had already been 10 mins. We called and canceled the service because we had got it open and he hadnt showed up yet. We were inside the house for another 15 mins, finally my sister when to go to leave to go home. She got in her car when he pulled up 45 mins after he said he would be there, and after we had cancelled. My sister a 411 100 somthing pound girl, was approached by this man who told her that she needed to pay 60 dollars for the service when, He did nothing and came after it was cancelled. He harassed her about it non stop, until he finally said she needed to pay 40 dollars. Then when she finally gave him the money because she was scared she was, She called me up in the house so I ran down the stairs to confront this guy for harassing my sister for money when The company had told him not to come anymore and that it had been cancelled. The second he saw me run down the stairs, he got in his van and speed off as fast as he could, leaving my sister there in tears. We called the company to get our money back. Knowing this guy just took the 40 dollars and put it in his pocket. The company didnt care at all, and offered us a coupon instead of our money back after my sister being harassed. My sister lives down south, wtf is she going to do with a coupon to Pocono locksmith? Overall terrible company, with lying a employee harassed a girl for money and wouldnt let her leave. With management that honestly doesnt care.

Im so pissed but not at pocono locksmith, Im pissed cause I was almost done writing a super long review my phone rang n I answered it n my review dissapeared, so Im gonna make it alittle shorter. Well Ill start by saying that I love ur company. When I first spoke to the owner Chris on the phone, he was great, because I was so frazzled because my key broke of in the ignition of my 03 Acura tl type s. It just so happened that my car was blocking any of my other vehicles being able to get out of the driveway. So I was stuck, when I explained to chris I was late I had to go see my father, he assured me one of his techs would be there shortly... when I got off the phone with him I was expecting to wait at least n hr or more.. Well I was wrong I dont think it was more then 25 mins when my bell rings and the tech was there. I asked how long he said relax let me take a look at it n Ill let u know... So I went to grab a cigg n went outside to watch and in about 5 mins he got the piece out.. I was very impressed with haveing all the right tools to do prob any job. He then cut me a key and that was it. The only thing was he forgot his clipboard at his house or shop, so I just gave him my email and phone number, n within the hr I received my copy of the bill.. There is no doubt I will use them again, and I will refer them to friends and family.. I stored there number in my phone. I just want to say ty to the owner Chris for running a great bussiness and haveing great employees. Thanks Chris (a new customer for life)

I stopped for food, and meant to just drop the gps into the center console, but I apparently I was in such a hurry that I dropped my car key in as well. I guess I should stop using the lock button on the door instead of the key fob. The gentlman from Pocono Locksmith said he could arrive in 20 mintues, and he arrived in 18 minutes. He didnt mind that my wallet was also locked in the car. It took less than two minutes and the door was open. Since it was an emergency call after hours, the bill was 150.00, but its better than sleeping on the curb. Its about what I was expecting. The man couldnt have been more kind and Professional. He didnt leave a mark on my car, and saved my butt. He even drove me to the nearest ATM when I didnt have the cash, and wished me a happy fathers day weekend. Top notch service.

Pocono Locksmith was amazing. Had a problem with my lock, coming into my house... Chris from Pocono Locksmith showed up, and despite some challenging problems with the locking mechanism, he stayed and fixed the lock better than new. He was courteous and neat, and from the beginning promised to make things right, which he did. It was a pleasure to do business with someone like that. I had dealt with Pocono Locksmith on another project a few months ago and was very satisfied with the service Chris gave on that project, so when I had need of a locksmith for another project, I called him again. He returned my original call promptly, and we set up a time. He arrived as scheduled, did the job promptly, and I was extremely pleased with the result. He did not make me wait long at all for the project to be started, and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else in need of a reliable locksmith. Thanks!!

I Called Pocono Locksmith at 7am and by 7:40am a guy was at my house. Christopher was very professional, - Listened to what my needs were - knew what he had to do and took care of business. Before I knew it I was in my house and my door had a new lock. Some of the best service I have received being here in the Poconos - along with very reasonable prices I highly recommend to anyone with any lock problem to use this company - I know I will. It is unconceivable that a Toyota dealer was not able to program a new key for my 2000 Avalon car and that the option was to change the car computer or if I wanted to try a locksmith first. The problem was that the old keys were worn out and I couldn’t start the car. I did call the Pocono Locksmith and Christopher a licensed technician, came and in less than 15 minutes solved the situation. I was very impressed with his professionalism and quality service. Great job!

Chris came out to reprogram some proximity sensor key fobs for a car I had just bought. The cars previous owner only had one fob when I bought it, so I bought 2 spares that had come from totaled cars of the same model and year. Its always a risk to buy used key fobs because they might be locked and un-programmable. Some locksmiths wont even try. But Chris came out to give them a try and had all the right equipment to make them work for my car! Today was my lucky day!
