The receptionist would not give me a quote over the phone so if I didnt like the prices I was given during the installation, I still would have had to pay the locksmith to leave. They are the closest locksmith to my house so I figured itd be the most convenient way to get into my house in case of an emergency. The contractor who installed my locks left metal shavings all over my floor and in the communal hallway after putting the deadbolt in my front door. He forgot tools at his shop and had to go to his truck no less than 6 times. I live in a condo so I had to let him back in the building each time. The whole ordeal ended up taking over 3 hours to install one deadbolt and change one handle lock. Also, he would not take a check so I had to give my credit card number over the phone to someone whom I never met.

I was need my key change for my house lock on the entry door , so I called up three different places and all off them was very expensive, D&M Locksmith south Philadelphia was the most reasonable price , them show up within an hour did a great job very fast and professional. I locked my keys in my car as it is running. I was leaving for work and was late. I was upset I called this company the lady who answered was great. She calm me down and insured me that the locksmith will be at my house within a half an hour and they showed in in like 20 minutes unlocked my car. I recently locked my keys in the car and searched on the web and found these guys, they told me they will be right out to me and showed up within 15 mins which was great! The guy worked really fast on getting my keys out and was really pleasant to speak with and didnt charge me a arm and a leg. Will def recommend to my family and friends.

the worse!they" fixed "my lock then charged me almost 250$ then I call back 2 days later to let them know its not fixed ,they have someone scheduled to come by, and never show up. I called and I was told to replace it for another 700$ if they knew it wasnt fixable why are you charging me a fee!! never again save your money.

Yesterday I was lockout of my apt so I called many locksmiths and no one was free to help me but when I called dm locksmith them locksmith tech came with in 20 min and its took him only 5 min to open my door with no damage to my lock . Great service guys !!! Highly Recommended .

Absolutely ridiculous. Did not negotiate the price before hand which was our fault but came in and out in a matter of 5 mins and charged $157. Boss called screaming that price was non negotiable. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
