Had ignition switch replaced on my car. Unfortunately my local mechanic didnt cut the dual sided key properly as it would work one way but turn the key upside down and it wouldnt work. Went to GM dealer and tried to get key made by using the VIN number, 5 tries later still no luck. Went to McCausland and explained my problem. The employees got together to discuss the situation, 10 minutes later Im walking out the door and have a key that works properly. Will be first and only stop for and lock or keys.

I had these guys make a few KeyPort key blades for me about a year ago and they work perfectly. I was surprised to learn that they no longer make keys on keys other than the ones they provide. i wanted to get a replacement car key made but they refused to do it because I wanted it done on a key that i purchased online. Its the equivalent of me purchasing tires at a factory and having a local auto shop refuse to put them on because they didnt sell them to me.

Youre really foolish if you allow these people to plug a laptop into your automobile, my remote start system stopped working after they did that to make my new key!!!!!
