Very thankful to have called Liberty instead of some of the other places in Philly. Locked my key in my car, had a dead battery, and called several other places who charged 80+ or local garages that couldnt get in my car without the right tools. The guy I spoke with over the phone was understanding of my situation and said hed drive out personally to assist me and that hed arrive in 30 minutes. Did not disappoint and very easily got me back in my car in less than a minute, and also gave my car battery a complimentary jump. Id highly recommend this place to anyone.

I was locked out of my home with my child and was worried about calling a locksmith so late at night but I had no choice. Liberty locksmith was professional on the telephone, kept to their word of arriving within 20 minutes, and was very reasonable with their price. They made me feel safe and secure and it was a pleasure to use them to help me get back into my home. I will definitely use them again if I am ever locked out.

These guys are wonderful! The technician, Loti, came right away. My lock was jammed, and while the key was turning, it wasnt unlocking. Loti tried for a while to un-jam it, but no luck. Finally we ended up trying my other two doors which are no easier to get into. Eventually, we did get in! Loti scaled the second story porch and was able to get it open.

These guys are life savers!!! While packing my bags in my car I locked my keys in the trunk. I called them in a panic and they were at my house opening my car with HALF AN HOUR. They were courteous and funny. One of them even climbed through the back seat to get my purse. Thanks to their QUICK arrival and work I made my flight.

We called on a Sunday the driver quoted us a time stating it would take 25 minutes. After 45 minutes we called again he said 10 additional minutes and hung up. Now after an additional 15 we still sitting here. Not very professional at all I would recommend you going with another company before this one
