A few weeks back over the New Year weekend my laptop power jack finally gave up completely. I contacted A2B and the Geek Squad. A2B told me theyd have it done for me by the following week and gave me an estimate. Geek Squad promised to take the laptop from me, ship it to parts unknown, give me an estimate and charge me for the privilege. A2B not only got it done in just a couple of day over the holiday, but also charged me exactly what they told me they would. I was rightly pleased. Today I started to have a problem with the cord and took it back to them, not the same issue but close to it. They not only diagnosed it but fixed it on the spot and didnt charge me for it. "Youre a good customer" Ive only been there once. These guys are lifesavers, and a great resource. I can tell you this, after this experience I AM a good customer! Ill go no where else!

I could not get my PC to even turn on at 4:30 this afternoon. My first thought was to call a chain store I am partial to buying computer accessories from, but they told me that it would take up to 72 hours just to diagnose the problem. If I wanted it sooner, it would cost $150...just to find out what was wrong!!! They are also a 45 minute drive from my house. Luckily I came across a2btechnologies. The diagnostic was free and the total cost of repair (part and labor) was less than half of the chain stores expedited diagnostic. That was at 4:30. It is now 6:20 and I am writing this review from my fully operational computer. - Jeff N. Rockledge, PA

Took my virus infected computer to a2b, in 1 day my computer was healthy again. It ran like new. Paul was very professional, courteous and informative. I will spread the word about this great find.
