Did a great job transferring VHS-c to DVDs. Video quality was crisp and sound was clear. Highly recommended. I dealt directly with the owner and explained exactly what I wanted. Considered mailing my stuff to one of the on-line places, but felt more secure leaving our family memories with a locally owned store. The tapes couldnt be replaced if lost or damaged in the mail.

Not only does the person in charge have a blunted affect but he suffers from mental illness . I believe his poor work habits (Leaving work sitting on the shelf for months on end) "He probably uses drugs", information granted to me from Eric, the (The person presently in charge) he asked me for a way of getting a "connection if I know someon . Poor to no servise, Bad Attitude!!!

I was very surprised to walk in a find a selection of classic gaming consoles, peripherals and video games (NES, Sega Genesis, etc.)! Definitely was not expecting that as they dont really advertise what they sell, just what they service (practically any type of video equipment). The person working the counter was courteous and knowledgable and Ill certainly stop back soon.

Took an iPod touch in for repair. It took 2 weeks for them to diagnose that the screen was cracked. They spent another week trying to repair it before they admited that they didnt know how. Gave it back to me in pieces. They never called me with information. I had to call them to get updates, which I felt was very unprofessional.

I had my familys home movies from the 1960s transferred. Every came out very nice. Their prices were good and they were professional and prompt. Id definitely go back again.
