I used Apple Guys about a year ago for my Mac desktop. I am a freelance art director/graphic designer and my Mac is my livelihood. When it died suddenly, panic set in. Chip was able to fix my computer quickly. I only ended up losing one day of work. He explained everything and even saved me money by having me go to the Apple store for a part that was under warranty. He even talked me through on how to handle the service dept at Apple and jumped on the phone with the guy from the genius bar. Above and beyond. Computer has been working great since. I am about to call him to refurbish an old laptop for my son.

Chip @ The Apple Guys is fantastic. He accommodated my schedule and worked quickly even through the holidays to help restore data off my old hard drive. I was very impressed with the quality of service and his communication. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. Couldnt have been happier with my experience with Chip. He provided excellent customer service, from keeping me in the loop regarding my repairs to my MacBook to extremely fair pricing. Very nice and friendly guy. He worked quickly and even met me in a location closer to my residence for the drop off. Would definitely return if any future problems arise.

He fixed every tech problem I had whether it was mac related or not and helped explain everything in easy to understand terms. He was flexible in setting up an appointment.
