AJ is by far the best IT person in the region, (Essex, Morris, Sussex, Bergen, Passaic, etc). He is highly professional - courteous, smart, clear and caring. This is my story - My Mac Powerbook froze then crashed, indicating that "files may have been lost" and my attempts to reboot always denied me entry. I was very dependent on my files as I was conducting business and needed access. But to no avail. I was freaking out, as it was Friday evening at 7:30pm - and as recent transplants to Montclair, NJ I wasnt sure what to do as all other regional/local "computer techies" according to their websites were not available till Monday morning -- with the exception of AJ. So I called AJ (based in Hopatcong, NJ) and he came over that same night, just an hour or two later to pick it up in order to assess the problem!! Who does that?! About an hour or so later he called me with an initial diagnosis but would need to communicate further the following day with a more in-depth diagnosis and what steps would be necessary moving forward - this included an extremely thorough and clear explanation of what the problems were including pricing options. He continued to communicate with me over the weekend, even on Fathers day (and we are both fathers!) because he knew how important recovering my data was to me. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE FIXED ALL MY PROBLEMS AND RECOVERED ALL MY DATA! He delivered my Powerbook to me on Monday morning - in the best condition it has ever been since purchasing it in 2010. It is faster, with more memory and upgrades across the board. I am quite content with the service and professional approach AJ demonstrated. He is simply the best.

I had 4 years and over 7,000 photos capturing some of my most memorable experiences vanish in a mere second while attempting to transfer them from my phones memory card to my laptop. I was devastated! I searched computer support companies in my area, then read their reviews. AJ had incredible 5 star reviews, so I took a chance. I called him up, he told me it was possible that the photos were still there, although the memory card is reading empty. He promptly picked up my card and within a few hours texted me with a screen shot of some of my retrieved photos! All 7,000 plus photos were restored to my memory card, and he then transferred them to my laptop. All of this within 48 hours! AJ is an outstanding, extremely knowledgeable professional. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you AJ for an outstanding "miracle"!

Very easy drop-off at Watchung Plaza in Montclair and a few days later AJ personally delivered my repaired computer to my home. The main problem was a loose power outlet that he repaired at the price I anticipated based on similar quotes online. But prior to the fix, he called me to confirm cost and added that my computers performance was slow due to some old virus-detectors that I could never quite fully delete. He returned my machine with a repaired outlet and a new plug and it is running faster than I ever remember -- and with an new and operational virus detector to boot! I appreciated his attentive walk through of the fixes and his attention to detail throughout. If you need a laptop or computer repair in the Montclair area, I strongly recommend AJ!

I had a great experience with AJ getting two laptops repaired and upgraded. One of my laptops needed a new keyboard and the other had gotten so slow that I expected to have to replace it. Then I met AJ and he explained that he could repair and upgrade it for a fraction of the cost of replacement. After repairing the keyboard on the first one, he upgraded and cleaned up the second, and its now working better and faster than when it was brand new. The new keyboard on the first one is working perfectly. AJ knows his stuff and is honest, straightforward and prompt. His fees are very reasonable. I recommend AJ without reservation to anyone whos having computer problems.

AJ is extremely knowledgeable in PC repairs. He is also conducts himself with the utmost professional manner which is very much lacking these days. He repaired my Toshiba laptop at a very reasonable price and made some really great suggestions to keeping the PC in top shape. He will explain in detail what he did to repair your machine and in no way looks to take the money and run. I highly recommend using AJ to anyone who is either having performance issues or has viruses on their computer.

Great service - high attention to quality and on time delivery. He really takes pride in his work and communicates throughout the process. The Apple store told me my macbook hard drive was dead and the MacBook Pro was no good. He picked up my computer, installed a new hard drive, reestablished the operating system - - a like new macbook at a very reasonable price. He also got another computer working. He really knows his craft. We will definitely be using his service again!

AJ was very thorough and even skipped a haircut to deliver my laptop and show me the new software he installed, connect me to wifi etc. He fixed my fan which was running so hot it melted a lollipop sitting 6 inches away!
